Very nice campground. Very clean and well kept. Stayed an extra day and the hosts were very accommodating in making that happen. I talked with them for a bit and you can tell they really care about the place. Anyhow thank you for making my stay a great one and for letting me stay the extra day by paying on site.

This is a really nice campground. We tent camped here for 2 nights. Our campground was HUGE. The ice cream truck also came through both nights we were there. There is a small playground with a climbing structure, sandbox, and swings. Small but that was plenty for our kiddo, especially since we weren't really there during the day. If you need a campground in this area, this is a great place to stay. We didn't have any issues with people being too loud or anything.

Our first time visiting this campground. Self check-in upon arrival. Bathroom clean and updated. Water and electric provided. Dump station available. Picnic table and fire rings also provided. Nice size campsites. Many will accommodate large rugs. Many campsites have shade trees. Walking/hiking Trails and bike trails available. Close to food and groceries. Lake Michigan and beach is 20 mins away.

The sites were very spacious and well laid out. With metal picnic tables and a firepit. The hosts Tom and Grace were very nice and helpful. The park is close to a waterfall and another nice park. You are close to downtown Milwaukee with plenty of things to do. We were here during Harley Davidson 120th Anniversary. What cool event.

I'm giving the campground three stars due to the unbelievably BAD CAMPGROUND HOSTS. We stayed at Cliifside Park Campground, Racine County, May 24 – 27, Memorial Day Weekend. The campground itself is Great. The Campground Hosts are a Holy Terror. Our friends arrived to find the power tower on the wrong side of the camper and that side of the site pretty much under water. The thought was to pull in and just not unhook the vehicle in order to have a better camping experience. He had no sooner pulled into the space when the female campground ‘host’ jumped out of her red Cadillac and started screaming at him that you can only back into the sites. We tried to explain the reasoning of pulling into the site and were met with more screaming on her part and then her husband joined in, also screaming. They did not identify themselves as the hosts. We only knew we had two elderly individuals who were greatly out of control. They also alleged that he was driving too fast in the campground. He never does that and actually stated he did not go over 10mph. The speed limit is 15mph. The ‘hosts’ continued to scream that he had, in fact, been going over and threatened to call the sheriff. We and our friends were not confrontational with them. It seemed all they wanted to do was scream, so he gently backed out of the site and drove back around to back in. While he was doing this, the female ‘host’ again made statements that he was driving too fast. Again he was going 10mph. After that we had a pretty nice weekend even with the ground saturation. When we were getting ready to leave, the ‘hosts’ were placing new tags on the posts. I called the male ‘host’ over and said I knew we kind of got off to a bad start and suggested in the future that they identify themselves first and then explain gently to the patron what they had done wrong. This was met with more accusations in a raised voice, arguing about all the things 'they perceived' that were done wrong, with not one shred of being at all apologetic for the way they spoke to us and the scene that they caused. The female ‘host’ then came over and we were met with her screaming at us again and again threatening to call the sheriff. This is not the way to have returning patrons. They are extremely quick to threatened calling the sheriff for no apparent good reason. Really appears these two are on a Power Trip. In all our years of camping I have NEVER experienced Campground Hosts like these two. Most hosts are very friendly and helpful. They don't start out by screaming, making accusations and threats. These are the “CAMPGROUND HOSTS FROM HELL”. Other campers that witnessed their tirade expressed concerns for us. RACINE COUNTY really should investigate these individuals. They seem to think they OWN the park and have their own agenda and ideas of what the rules are. They also had a sign up stating the park was FULL. It was not. This was our second visit to the campground and our last.

Was camping with family and the park and campgrounds are great but the hosts are on a elderly power trip mission to run everyone's day.
After entering the parks there is no signage towards the end of the roads reminding you it is one direction. It is easy the first time navigating to get confused especially in the dark. The only indicated one way signs are when you first enter the site sections. The campground has limited parking spaces.
You will get hassled and threatened to have the sheriff called on you if you just going about your business. The women who thinks she owns the place is very confrontational and frankly targets anyone that might be having fun. I feel bad for the husband that has to stay in step with this lady.
They just make up the park rules as they feel like and quickly threaten to call the law for anything they decide is in there rule book.
Expect a 10 pm curfew or be hassled by the hosts. No talking after 10 pm, seriously.. If you want to have a nice time by the campfire you probably should camp somewhere else.
Simply put I would never stay here again as long as these power hungry people are running things. Racine county should be embarrassed for allowing them to represent their park system.
They need to go you have too lovely of campsite to have the experience ruined shortly by your power tripping hosts in the red Cadillac.

Stayed a week over the 4th of July. 1/2 the park has sites reservable online and the other half is first come first serve. There are 2 bathhouses, each has 2 mens and 2 ladies showers. All sites have water and electric. There is only 1 dump station. The campground is quiet and very nicely maintained. Wood isn't available at the park, but there is a small farm that sells it on the way in and gas stations also have it nearby. Great location close to Racine beaches, Wind Point Lighthouse, kringle, Frank Lloyd Wright sites, and all the fun of Milwaukee. Highly recommended!

This is a great campground located between Milwaukee and Racine. The lots are large with water and electric at each site.Clean updated restrooms and shower house. Easy to get in and out of the park. The park has paved roads and gravel sites. Grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations less than 3 miles away. Stayed in a 35 foot travel trailer. Had plenty of room for trailer and vehicle parking.
