Stoa hotel is one of the best hotels we've ever visited. This is a family business and you feel like you're at home on one hand and on the other hand everything is handled in a first class level. Angela and Ivan are so nice - we got the best service with a great smile. You can feel their good intentions. The rooms are perfectly clean, everything is new, the view to the mountains is spectacular, the food is fresh and delicious and the variety is so generous. The hotel also have a roof top warmed pool - such a great experience and hosting. We will certainly come back!

This is really great to stay at. At STOA guest house you will fell like really welcomed guest. SPA at rooftop is great. Breakfast and dinner are great as well. Location - perfect! Everything were really great! Thank you! We will come back again!

Wonderful room, excellent services, beautiful sky pool. The breakfast was very extensive and good. They offered every morning an egg of choice. After a long day of walking you can relax in the (warmed) sky pool. We can only recommend this B&B/hotel!

I had a chance to stay in this hotel every year in the previous ten years. The atmosphere, accommodation, service and the attitude of the owners were always the top compared to what I could experience in the facilities in the area. The hotel was beautifully reconstructed in the past year and offers a great experience from every point of view.

Very good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Good and quiet rooms. Very nice outdoor pool on the third floor! Very good wellness areas. Good and extensive breakfast and light buffet dinner in the evening. Everything is always plentiful. Located in a very nice area. Recommended!

We just came back feom a 4 overnight stay. The hotel is centrally located, only about a 100m (realistically) walk to a ski lift. Our room was in the older part of the hotel, but very clean, nothing to say except for the dog of the hotel next door (collie), that would bark a lot late at night. Service was great, food was abundant and very good, considering the price we paid. Small issue: twice we came to dinner at 1945-1950 (dinner until 2030) and 3-4 dishes at the appetizer buffet were empty and people coming afterwards (Saturday) were clearly told they would not be replenished.

We stayed here in February 2016 , the ski resort is excellent , very good pistes and ski area is bigger than I expected . We normally ski at the 3 valleys in France -the ski here is as good but you can go to a restaurant on the slop without having to take a mortgage ! We were a family of 4 and stayed in the upgraded rooms which were very good ( not huge but very comfortable ) , spa area is excellent too , hotel is 3 minutes walk from the able car. Food : you are given 5 course meal every night - really excellent food . We don't eat meat ( we do eat fish) and I think after 4 days the chef struggled a bit to find a suitable main course for us but there was plenty of food - we didn't go hungry . Our kids do eat meat and their food looked superb . The wine list was very good too with plenty local wine which was reasonably priced . All in all I think the hotel is very good hotel , will definitely be back ! …
