Nice 3 night stay in a beautiful location on the Black River. But, we go there for the tubing opportunities. They had some heavy rain earlier and would not allow tubing. They did allow kayaking and canoeing though. Why not tubing. They water was way down the last day and still no tubing. Not sure why they would not allow... More

We had a great time here and stayed at a cabin. It was so quiet and peaceful! The owners were delightful. The reviews from previous years had me worried but I'm really not sure where the heck they are coming from. The reviewers may have mistakenly thought they were being stared at on the beach because yes, the owners take... More

My family along with two other families spent three nights at Lost Falls in the cottages. Let me start off by saying the grounds and cottages are spotless, very clean and a nicely manicured campground. I did not experience one incident that lead me to understand any of the negative reviews of this place. Staff was friendly and accommodating, I... More

We didnt camp. We only went for the tubing down the river. The price was good. $11.00 for about a 2 hour trip. It was a nice peaceful day. The sandy bottom river was cool. One of our tubes broke half way down the river but we dealt with it.

We stayed here in August 2015 and it was so nice. There were sites to please everyone's camping tastes. We had a full hook up but there were more rustic sites, as well as cabins. We loved that there was kayaking and someone to drop us off up river. The river was peaceful and easy for the beginners that we... More

First of all, this is a very clean and quiet campground. It is set up nice with cabins and RVs up top and then very nice, spacious and secluded primitive camping below. The staff was friendly and accommodating. No WiFi that works which is a blessing in disguise. My only negative is the bathroom. While no where near the worst... More

We went camping over the 4th of July holiday weekend at Lost Falls Campground. It was a very wonderful experience. We stayed in the 'green' campsites- this means no electricity or running water. They were huge and very private. I could have easily put up 4 ten person tents and still had room to hang out. Even though the Campground... More

I wasn't sure what to expect when pulling into the campground on a single road...but once you got past the outer edge of the campground, it opened up to a beautiful place! This campground definetly has something for everyone. It's quaint while still supplying awesome amenities like water and electric sites and toilets and showers too! Volleyball, bad-mitten, horse shoes,... More

We ventured to this campground on our travels and we're glad they had an overnight spot for us. I think the thing I noticed first was the abundance of mosquitoes. I literally went straight to Walmart to get one of those full body net suits. They have set aside two hours (morn and night) when dogs can take a doggie... More
