We stayed at Mare Blue from 27.6. - 4.7. 2021 The hotel is new and really nice and we can for sure recommend. 🙂 But there were a few things.. nothing horrible just few little things that can be changed. When we arrived the room was clean, new and really pretty with AC.... always nice to have one. 😃 But the first thing, the faucet at the sink was broken.. But we tightened it and problem solved.😃 Another thing is that it would be nicer if the beach was maintained. It's mostly rocks with a sand than sandy beach they present, but the sunbeds are free and really comfortable so that's great. 😄 One last thing that should be changed is the snacks. We had them just once (baguette with ham and cheese) but it was frozen inside. Not great. Everyting else like breakfast, lunch and dinner...really good and tasty! It's just the snacks. At the end of the day it's really nice hotel, beach and sea. Really really kind staff!! We enjoyed it very much! 🙂 And you forget all the little things because they have Dionisis, the bartender! That's the kind of bartender you need on your vacation! Don't know better sentence to describe him. Always fun and friendly to everyone. He made our evenings better and full of laughter. Thank you for everyting, you are the best!!! You made our vacation memorable! ❤️

Setting the standards for the area of Georgioupolis, Mare Blue Hotel is combining the perfect location for vacation by the seashore with professional services and amenities. The rooms are everyday cleaned and service is available at a notice. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are designed by a professional chef, using local, fresh products. The owners are a tight family, with a legacy in tourism and hospitality industry. Highly recommended for a warm and memorable stay in Crete.

This is the best hotel you could ask for. Brand new, exceptionally clean, with view in the sea, and definetely value for money! Excellent customer service too. I was impressed that all staff adhered to covid19 health and safety measures. We had a romantic stay there and I could also catch up with any urgent emails as wifi was working really good.
