Room 32 is a mold festival. We were very disappointed. It was a death march. We woke up at around 1 am actually having trouble breathing! We were given another room (less moldy) but wondered why they did not give us a livable room since the place was empty. We later realized they may not want to clean the rooms...

Convenient and clean! I don't think you need any more reasons to stay here, but I'll give you some. Only $55 for the night and the wifi worked perfectly even in the room. My nephew and I both agree that we were very lucky to find the Spinning Wheel.

The Spinning Wheel has been a fixture in Baraboo for decades. Located on Route 33 as it passes through town, it affords convenient, affordable lodging with basic amenities for the budget traveler. Decorated as if from a time warp to the 1970's (complete with an analog TV), it nonetheless is clean and fully appointed. The mom and pop owners will...

Nice owners. Room appears to be newly remodeled, carpet, paint, even toilet is new. Microwave and mini fridge are handy to have in the room too. Great room for the price. Must stop by Joses Mexican restaurant next door, it is great. We are very glad we stayed here!

This motel is by no means fancy, but the owners were very nice and the room was clean and spacious. We stayed in room 38, I agree the sink didn't look as clean as it could, perhaps some monthly bleach and a brush would help that. But we have no complaints for the price and would stay here again if...

Only needed to book one night. Other hotels had two night minimum stay . Nothing special but clean. Slept good, no noise from other rooms. Musty smell when I entered but turned on the air conditioning and in a hour was better. No major complaints, but could use some updating.

Was a nice clean place. Nothing fancy but good for the price. Had a small fridge , microwave , and hair dryer which was a plus . Spacious rooms and very nice owners . I would definetly stay here again if in the area . Hard to find the entrance at night because of no lightening was the only draw...

Old school hotel that is good value for the price; it did have a musty smell but linens and bathroom were clean. Grounds are kept up with new sidewalks and outside maintenance. Location is great in the city and you can walk to stores and a great Mexican restaurant. As for the room, the AC/heat unit was great the there...

This is an older motel on the outer fringes of town... not really walking distance to downtown unless you have lots of time. Room was adequate and comfortable enough. There was a fridge but no microwave. Property has been maintained well. Very quiet. Wifi worked well. No breakfast or coffee maker in the room. My only real complaint is that...
