For me this a mid-way point and a nice quiet spot. With no reservations I was welcomed and given a choice of rooms, which is unusual. Everyone was helpful and friendly as staff. Weather was bad and let me unload under the cover car port.

We have stayed at Hampton Inns on two previous trips, so when chose to do so again this time. The hotel was clean and nicely appointed. MOST of the staff was very cordial. Bathroom fan didn't work and wasn't fixed after we reported it. Breakfast was far less than what we experienced at other Hampton Inns.

Stayed for a weekend while visiting family. The hotel grounds outside looked well kept. The pool was nice for kids to swim. The rooms were clean and a bit outdated. The only complaints is that the room smelled odd upon entering, had lysol with me and sprayed seemed much better. Secondly the carpart felt sticky, very old carpet. Bed was...

The hotel probably hasn't been updated since the 90's. The front desk staff was pretty friendly and breakfast was good. The website boasts a playground for kids, but it's just a slide. Kind of disappointing when you thought you'd have a space for kids to play. It served our needs of a place to stop and rest, but it's not...

The beds are comfortable...good nights rest... don't ask for a cot if you are in a double room ``fire hazard``...other than that it is a good nights sleep...you have to take a minute to enjoy the beautiful mountains as the morning dew rises ...quite the beautiful view..

Very professional, courteous front end staff. High value in this Hampton. This is an older property and it's not yet received many upgrades other Hampton's are getting but it's clean, warm, and no problems. Next door to McDonald's for those of you with kids. Diamond reviewer, solid experience.

BEST BREAKFAST ANYWHERE! So many hot breakfast choices and always very fresh. One of the main reasons we stay. Staff very nice and welcoming! The lobby was redone and is beautiful, very upscale. Room was clean and the requested cot was ready on our arrival. Checkout very quick. Coffee station in lobby 24/7 was a welcome touch as was the...

We stayed here midway through a road trip to Knoxville, TN. It was only supposed to be an economical stay to sleep and get back on the road. The bed was very comfortable, it was quiet, the staff was outstanding!! We really wished we could have stayed a second night (everything was that nice)!!

We have been staying here for many years and have always been happy. This visit, however, was awful! Upon entering our room, i noticed a srong smell of mold and mildew. Afer a few days we were all exhibiting major allergy symptoms. We asked to be moved and we were moved to a newly renovated room. What a huge difference!...

We stay at Hampton Inns most of the time when we are just one or two nights! Most are really good, this one is dated and could use an overhaul. Carpet looks worn and dated, room size seems smaller than most.
