I enjoyed my stay at sleep inn and suites. The rooms were clean, the housekeepers did a wonderful job keeping my room clean. The breakfast was great and so was the pool and exercise room. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback for your recent stay. I do apologize that you felt our staff was rude to your group. Out of respect for other guests, we require all groups to abide by the 10 pm quite time curfew and remain in your rooms quietly. For safety sake we can not allow groups of children to roam the hallways freely at night making noise and disturbing others. This is stated in the contract that your group leader signed at check in. We welcome all guest feedback as we consider it an opportunity to continually improve. I do apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered during your stay. We hope that you will still consider us for your future travel needs as we strive to provide the best possible service to all of our guests and will take your criticism to heart. Sincerely, Doreen Koen General Manager
