The Mountain Quest Inn is located in Frost Va surronded by beautiful mountain scenery. The owners are very very friendly, and make sure that your stay is enjoyable. The Inn is one of a kind, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Also the buffet for breakfast and dinner is delicious and they use linen and silver. We also...

If you're looking for a place to get away from it all and disconnect from the world for a while, then this is the place to go. We were to be here for two-nights but our stay here was cut short by an approaching ice storm. When we checked in, a friendly staff member, Theresa, showed us around. The amenities...

We returned here again this month and brought another party with us. After describing our December visit here, we almost had three others join us if not for the sudden two feet of snow falling that halted their eagerness to travel 4 hours from home in a snowstorm. Beginning from Parkersburg, WV, we needed to make a stop in Canaan...

This is a wonderful place to get away and relax. The owners make you feel like part of the family. It is a very unique experience to stay there. I would highly recommend it to individuals, couples and families. I have stayed there several times and will return every chance I can.

FANTASTIC food, and very accommodating service. We called from Snowshoe Resort at 6:00 to see if it was too late to order dinner, and they held the buffet for us until we arrived (it's a long drive)...and everything was fantastic from the veggie stir fry to the chocolate chip brownies. Breakfast was no less fabulous (well, the coffee was nothing...

This B&B was a great getaway for our family. We've never been to Snowshoe for skiing but finding this family owned B&B was like finding a jewel. Having stayed at the big hotel chains, this was a great departure for us but what we found was peace and serenity. The room was clean and the towels and linens reminded me...

What a wonderful place! Barbara, Alex and David were wonderful to work with. We spent 2 nights on our ski trip to Snowshoe (about 24 miles away) and worth every mile to drive back there at night! Excellent food and service, Can't wait to return.

The Inn at Mountain Quest has everything you could want: billiards, jukebox, huge current library, farm animals and uniquely charming rooms. We most enjoyed meeting our hosts and Chef Andy's fabulous breakfast. He made the best pancakes we have ever had - unbelievably fluffy and delicious. The coffee was fantastic. We had a delicious breakfast as the snow gently fell...

Sometimes you don’t know what to expect when you stay at an inn that is not a national chain. It can be either a negative experience that drives you back to a chain, or an incredible one that makes you glad you took the chance to experience something new. Mountain Quest is one of those places that transcends any chain...
