We spent 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. We used their shuttle service to Cass for our bicycles which was convenient. This B&B is within walking distance of every restaurant in downtown Marlinton as well as the Visitors Center and the Trail Head for the Greenbrier is just one block away! And there was a covered bike rack to store our bikes overnight. The hosts were wonderful and very friendly. While there were other guests in the inn while we there, we felt like we had plenty of privacy. We definitely will return!

Needed a place to stay for the night and this place was great. I called about a couple of hours out and had no problem booking a room. When I got there the innkeeper showed me the room and the other aminities available for me, like the phone in the hall that I could make domestic calls on. The area has lousy cell service, so that's why the hall phone availability. The bed was very comfortable. There was a microwave available in the kitchen, but the had coffee and scones or muffins for breakfast. I would stay there again if I were in the area.

As usual, a wonderful stay. Room was neat, clean and comfortable. Innkeepers are friendly and helpful whether you want recommendations on motorcycle rides, hiking, plants or hummingbirds. Lots of hummingbirds, btw. Very motorcycle friendly.

Andrea and Nelson, the Inn owners, are exceptional! As adventure motorcycle travelers, our group is always looking for the "local" experience and we got one of our best experiences at the Old Clark Inn. Andrea was wonderful in assisting our group to book reservations, getting to know our group needs and communicating at every step. Even though our train was late, which made our long day of riding to the Inn a late one, Nelson and Andrea were wonderful in accommodating our late arrival. The covered motorcycle parking was wonderful, as were the moto-friendly resources available (though we were lucky not to need them). Nelson gave us the best local roads to ride and sadly we didn't have time to ride them all. If you're considering the West Virginia area as a motorcycle traveler or otherwise, please look up Andrea and Nelson in Marlinton. West Virginia is a shockingly beautiful state with amazing people, fantastic roads and interesting destinations. Thank you both for a wonderful stay - we'll be returning!

I was in town for a wedding and had never traveled to Marlinton before. They were very accommodating from making the reservation online, check in and the duration of my stay. Andrea took into consideration my need to get ready for the wedding when giving me my room and was able to accommodate with a large bathroom and room with many mirrors. The thoughtful detail without being asked really put this comfortable and simple stay perfect and stress free.
