Stayed at this hotel overnight on May 30, 2021. Room and beds were ok. Customer service wasn't. We left behind some property. After calling the hotel a day later, was told they did have it. After giving CC info for UPS charge, they agreed to mail it to us, and told us they would send the tracking # via email. Two weeks later we still had no property, no tracking number, and no UPS charge on our CC. Within those 2 weeks, we had made numerous phone calls to the hotel, some of which were never answered. We were promised call backs which we never got. We were promised an email showing the UPS receipt with tracking #, which we never received. After calling the Company's Customer Service Dept, to let them know what was going on, we finally received our property, 15 days later. This hotel either has very incompetent employees, or very dishonest ones.

We arrived over an hour after check-in began. After completing our paperwork (check-in needs to be modernized) we and others were told that they had to go upstairs to find rooms that were clean or almost ready. So we waited while someone went upstairs to locate rooms for all of us who needed checked in. After a few minutes we were told that they were finishing up cleaning the room but it shouldn’t be long. Some minutes later we were all told that the key card machine was broken so we waited some more while they tried unsuccessfully to fix it. At another customer’s suggestion, an employee told us they would let us all into our rooms and we could pick up the key cards later. When we met the employee at our room on the third floor, it was still being cleaned. The housekeeper said she told the desk she needed 15 more minutes, but they told us the room was ready. We waited until she finished cleaning the room, dropped our things off, and went out for dinner. When we came back from dinner, the key card machine was fixed so we picked up our keys for the room. When we got into the room, we noticed that we didn’t have any bath towels, so we went down to the office to get them. After about an hour, a man and his sons were trying to get into our room because they had been assigned the same room as us. The desk clearly had no reliable tracking system of knowing the status of their rooms - clean, not clean, occupied, not occupied. It was a very disappointing experience, and we were never offered anything for the inconvenience we experienced.

Room was clean, bed was clean & shower was great. The only thing was in the shower each corner had a used washcloth from the guest before I’m guessing housekeeping did not do their job very well to spot that up there and just closed the shower curtain. My other thing was pool being closed yet I felt I paid full prices and I stayed 3 nights and not once got my room serviced I had to do everything myself. Trash, toilet paper, towels etc and you can see that on your cameras. I felt exhausted as it was already hot on the second floor and then i woke up my first second and third night to the washer/dryer in laundry room shaking my room and couldn’t go back to sleep because it was so shaky and loud. My visit was quiet other than that one issue. Room 207.

Dear Erica, Thank you for choosing to stay with us and leaving your review, I do apologize for the issues you had during your stay, I have addressed them with my staff to see that it doesn't happen again. Very unacceptable for a guest to have to take care of there own room during their stay. I hope you will reconsider staying with us again.

I stayed here earlier this week and was pretty disappointed upon arriving. While I was being checked in, I asked the front desk woman (Jodie?) if the pool was open and she responded no. I said ok, and her response was “well do you still want to stay?” in a very rude tone. I said yes. I found that to be a little inappropriate, and I was disappointed that the pool was “closed due to covid” and there were no indications of that on their website. I actually had chosen this hotel because it had a pool. Upon entering the room, I could tell it hadn’t been vacuumed. There was a loose floor tile in the room right in front of the toilet. It was a queen room, but only had 2 of every linen which was pretty inconvenient. There was a sticky residue on the nightstand and hand prints on the closet mirror and window. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel appears to be one of the older ones but maintained in excellent condition. Signs on entrance doors face mask required. All staff were wearing face mask. Room was very nice and clean with a small refrigerator and microwave. Adequate parking. Due to COVID they had both inside pool and hot tub closed, as was their traditional breakfast buffet. Instead they had a grab and go breakfast. There was individual wrapped pastry, small containers of milk, individual small boxes of cereal, yogurt, juice, apples and other individual items. They also had small sandwich size paper bags to put your items in. We had a very nice overnight stay.
