Immediately upon walking in you are hit with an unpleasant aroma. Should have left at that moment but the room was already paid for the night. The elevators were barely functioning, we ended up taking the stairs, which were beyond disgustingly dirty. The room itself looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned. Thankfully I brought a lot of Clorox wipes and bottles of Lysol. The carpets were filthy. The tile was falling apart in the bathroom. The towel rack was broken. Thankfully we were only staying a few hours and were out very quickly. We brought our own bedding and I am so thankful I did, I doubt what was on the bed was clean.

This hotel is not what they advertise online. The only good thing was the desk clerk in the evening who checked us in “Francois”. The hotel is old, rooms are dirty, we had to request clean towels because we were given towels with someone else’s hair on it, and no hot water in the morning. We would have left but we checked in after 8pm and drove from out of state for business. In the morning, nobody asked about our stay, I guess because they already knew the answer. I would not recommend staying at this property.

Me and my mother stayed at this hotel in order for her to take her state boards. The room was not the cleanest to begin with. Due to both of us working the previous night and very tired. We already booked the room for 2 nights so we decided to stay. We was woke up at 1:30 am with large beating at our door. My mother went to the door asking who it was and the woman stated she was a manger and she had something to address with us. My mother still questioned the woman because a bigger man was standing beside of her and we do not know anybody in the area. The woman continued to tell my mom very loudly if she did not open the door she would come in herself. My mom slightly opened the door and the woman pushed the door open in her face. The woman then began to tell my mom she knew we was smoking in the room. The guy with her did not have a work shirt on or a badge so we was unsure if he even worked there. We was charged $250 for us supposedly smoking. We snuck out the back stairs because we was so scared and terrified somebody would come in our room or beat on the door again. We called the facility and asked to speak to the woman who beat on our door and her name was Mary. So I definitely do not suggest staying here unless you want to be charged $250 plus get woke up at 1:30am.

The rooms were just filthy. Was given a room on the fourth floor of the building and when we walked in the room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. Bedsheets had stains and were wrinkled. Really anything you could think of was wrong about the room.
