I eat here regularly and love the food. They have a great brunch buffet and the lunch menu is regular american fare with soups, salads and sandwiches but I prefer the dinner menu. There are always daily specials outside the regular menu and they use quite a bit of locally grown food. The desserts are always wonderful and I can...

Beautiful lobby of dated hotel...rooms very dated. Needs to be updated. The front building is beautiful and a welcome relief from driving through a shabby looking town. Once in the heart of a quaint little town the hotel is a nice addition. Rear building is very old.

Loved this inn!! It was a nice quaint and cozy hotel. The staff was very helpful and very accommodating. Our dinner in the restaurant was delicious. If I had the opportunity I would definitely stay here again.

Previous trips to this area convinced us we wanted to spend a weekend here and we were right. The hotel is nice, historical, great location-mineral springs and spa here-G.Washington spent time here and has a mineral bath etc. Quaint town . Located near many historical sites, mountain scenery is great.

I visited The Country Inn for a Anniversary Getaway, 1 night. My husband spent his summers there when he was a kid so it was fun to see where he grew up. We arrived early and didn't expect to check in early but they gave us the room keys so that was nice. We stayed in the original part of...

This was supposed to be a romantic, relaxing get away. It was anything but that. 45 minute wait between the whirlpool tub, sitting in a dark room with another couple. Our requested accomodations at the spa would not granted but very reasonable. Kids in the room above us that thought it was a free-for-all, jumping and hollering. (we left our...

Dear Sherry, I apologize that your get away was not as relaxing as you had hoped. Regarding your spa issues, I wish that you would have mentioned those issues to the Spa Manager when you were there. The spa manager spoke with you directly when you left, and you said that you had a great time. The next morning at...

From the moment you walk into the lobby, your taken back in history. Antiques, war memorabilia and the welcoming staff. We were registered and in our room within 10 mins. The rooms were very clean, well decorated, but period plain. Beds in 105 were like new and comfortable. We stayed two nights. The bar had the old pub look with...

We stayed for one night in a room on the third floor. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Slow wifi but free. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper, as you can hear other guests through the walls. Cable tv, mini fridge, coffee maker included. Perfect location. All in all a great experience.

My husband and I stayed here one night for quick getaway, and had a lovely time. The bar downstairs was cozy, though the bartender couldn't recommend much as they repeatedly mentioned they didn't drink alcohol. We played the bar games and ordered what we knew, and still had a fine time. The rooms are appointed quite nicely, though thin doors/walls,...
