We have stayed at this Inn a few times over the past several years and have always enjoyed it. We stayed again this past weekend. The Inn is an easy walk and just about 2 blocks away for the State Park and Springs. The rooms are large and comfortable and quiet. The atmoshere is very relaxing and creates a great... More

Not many choices in this town and then most places charge more than the average. This place has good food and good prices. BUT it lacks speedy service, so if you are in a hurry this place isn't for you. Only a few tables were full but there was is a very small staff even though the place can hold... More

The Marian Museum is a plus! We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the Stephen Room. For those of us who grew up in Victorian homes, this is the place to revisit memories, especially of the claw and ball bathtub. Hospitality abounds. We were within five minutes walk of the historic spa. The mineral water of Berkeley Springs is piped... More

This is a review of the dinning room. While visiting Berkeley Springs in autumn, I chanced upon Maria's Garden and decided to stop for breakfast. At first I was put off by all of the religious artifacts but was greeted as an old friend by the waitress. While the service is slow, the food was great and reasonably priced. If... More

I met a friend for dinner. My first impression walking in was "am I at church?" The walls are adorned with religious figurines and it has a church/funeral home feel to it. Not my style for eating dinner. We were the only people in the restaurant but our waitress was noticeably absent for most of the meal. When she did... More

Visited Berkeley Springs with friends on Sunday, June 22, 2014. Checked out the Arts in the Park and Farmers Market. We were walking on main street and happened to see Maria's Garden down a side street. We decided to have lunch there. We all ordered subs. The Steak Sub was recommended and two of us chose that selection. The half... More

We were on our way out of Berkeley Springs and craving fresh salads and pizza before hitting the road. At first we didn't realize this place is also a BNB (with a wedding or service chapel on the second floor). From the street it's a tiny little entry to the restaurant. Then you realize it's actually two buildings connected (three... More

While in Berkeley Springs, we stopped with our friends for dinner at Maria’s. The ambience is that of a ‘bygone’ era, decorated heavily with Italian wall hangings, with 'piped in' music by the Italian singers of the 50s and 60s. We dined on spaghetti w/meatballs (tasty homemade sauce), NY strip, with two sides, and adult beverages. While they excelled in... More

I can only talk about the food because we didn't stay here. The food was good and reasonably priced Restaurant was really interestingly decorated. There are icons from all over the world. That was fun. Our waiter was good and attentive. I read reviews of the seafood. We didn't have that, but the Italian food we had was very good.... More

Clean, great service. Enjoyable experience. Good food. We would eat here again the next time we visit the area. The steak and cheese subs were just like back home in philadelphia. Three of us had plenty to eat for under $35.00
