Great location , easy off and easy on I- 64. Check in was a breeze friendly staff and very helpful, rooms very clean and smelled clean. Little difficult to get bags up to 2nd floor , no elevators , but was worth the hassle, upper floor was so quiet. Breakfast was great, they had the works, biscuits and gravy, bacon and sausage , scrambled eggs . Small area, lot of people on a Saturday morning.

I read all the negative reviews and doubted about staying here. But I was wrong. This is a great hotel. My wife has MS and I requested a ground floor handicap accessible room and was given room 114 right off the lobby. Loved it. The room was fresh, clean and looked as if it had been recently remodeled. The bed was good, and the room and bathroom was clean. No problems whatsoever. The only thing I wondered about was if it is handicap accessible, why did it have a tub instead of a walk-in shower? It didn't matter to us, but I wondered about if someone had a wheelchair. The lobby was always clean and you could smell the freshness when you walked in the front door. The breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy. Plus many other food items. The only thing I didn't like was the entrance to the hotel was potholed. But, it shared a drive with a strip mall, so there is a lot of traffic. Outback steakhouse is right beside it, and within walking distance are Steak-n-Shake, Fat Patties, and across the street - Cracker Barrel. Will definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for your business and feedback. I am happy to hear you and your wife enjoyed your stay. We do have two types of handicap rooms. The other type does have a roll in shower. Thank you.

I came to town to watch my University play football. I checked in before (and I thank them for letting me check in 40 minutes earlier than they say guests are allowed to. (Check in time is 3pm) I dropped off my gear, set the room temp and left. At 11pm, I arrived back at Best Western. I took off all my fan gear (which is a lot), put on my PJ's and walked down the hall and got ice. I stopped on the way to the hotel and got some fast food for a late dinner and started eating. THEN, I turned on the TV. Would not work. In the defense of Best Western, when the night front desk guy could not get it to work, he offered me another room. I thanked him but refused. I was all unpacked and trying to eat. I was not going to move all my gear to another room. He said he was sorry. Very nice guy. He said he would let the morning front desk associate know. I assumed I would get a little knocked of my bill. Instead, I got a weak sorry. Why does the cleaning staff not check the items in the room when they finish cleaning it? Why should it be my problem? I really though Best Western was better than this. Of course it has been at least two years since I stayed at a Best Western and this was my first time at this one. I will try it again and let readers know. I am sure most have a good stay. But ask yourself: When you stay, should you have to pay for the inconvenience if promised room amenities do not work?

Review collected in partnership with Best Western
Arrived friday late night and were too tired to complain about the parked Tractor trailer under our window running the Cooling. Very disturbing. Saturday we came back at night and the same Tractor Trailer cooling noise again under our window. We complained but the front desk said there is nothing he can do about the noise. The tractor trailer should park in the back but the space is full. Not what I expected when stay at BW.

This was what I have come to expect from the Best Western brand: clean rooms, safe locations, a good night's sleep, and a reasonable cost. I wasn't disappointed! Even though this was close to an interstate, I never heard traffic. All good.
