Sometimes for a traveler, the hotel is the lens through which we view a community. If that's the case, then the Ledgestone makes Yakima seem like a great place to live. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We were unsure whether we wanted a room with a pullout sofa instead of a second bed, so the lady at the front...

We stayed here two weekends ago for a Yakima Valley wine tasting tour with a group of friends. This is an extended stay hotel and only provides housekeeper services weekly. That said, our stay was perfect. All "rooms" are suites including living room, bedroom, full kitchen and bath. Two flat screens. All cooking utensils included, dishes, and even two wine...

Just stopped for a look late on a long day. Staff was wonderful, room was clean and comfortable. And bonus: great place for burgers and beer in the same parking lot. I recommend this place highly. Easy access off the highway.

This newer hotel provides everything you need to rest, and be ready for the next day. Even the one bed had a small but nice front room with TV, a kitchen with large refrig and the basics of plates etc. The bedroom is small but the adjoining bathroom is large. Entire place clean, quiet. Near restaurants and some shopping. Will...

Overall the room was clean, spacious and reasonably quiet. We stayed in room #203 which did not face freeway. This was good advice from another reviewer. The hotel advertises 2 flat screen TV's however during our stay neither television was working. We did request service but did not receive any help with this issue during our stay. One drawback that...

Stayed here during a relocation/house finding trip. The suite was great. Unfortunately the noise from the floor above and hallway was unbearable. I arrived around 9:00 pm and the noise from children running around the room above or in the hallway kept up until well past 12:30 a.m. If you stay here and need sleep, request a top floor room.

When staying for a 5 days in Yakima, I stay at Ledgestone instead of the more expensive and smaller Marriott rooms next door. Having the suite and kitchen is perfect for me. You should be aware of the inconsistent service that I've experienced during the past five stays: staff is not often at work on time at 6 a.m.; today...

We carefully considered all reviews before choosing the Ledgestone. We noticed that most of the negative reviews involved guests who were not utilizing this facility to meet extended-stay needs, but a one or two-night visit. As business travelers, the feeling of a “home away from home” was very important to us. Those reviews regarding the quality of the units for...

I stayed at the Ledgestone during a brief business project in the area. Usually, I have some input on lodging, but did not in this circumstance, as the client had an account at this property. However, I had an open mind going in, as I knew from past experience that lodging in and around Yakima is not always up to...

Our room was on the 3rd floor, back side (as recommended in another review). The room was lovely, with a kitchen / dining area, a living room, bedroom, and spacious bath. We selected this hotel because it has a kitchen and being Christmas night, we wanted to have a home cooked meal rather than eat at a chain restaurant. And...
