We had a fairly decent stay at this location. The hotel is a bit older (on the outside) but staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and recently remodeled. The location is right off the highway (but not close enough to hear highway noise) close to restaurants, the Sun Dome and in a nice part of town. My only complaint... More

I travel a lot. Over 100 nights on the road for the last 15 years consistently. Staying here for a baseball tourney (so not my pick) and the hotel cannot bring themselves to turn on their central air conditioning. The room temp is maxed to 80, the highest the therm registers. The day here wasn't overly hot 77f but the... More

Hi Steve, I'm so sorry you had a bad stay. I hope you do not base this stay on other Red Lion Hotels. It is not a company policy to have the air conditioning turned off. Our main building, including lobby area run off a very old system. It either blows hot air or cold air but not both. Management,... More

The first room we were in was O.K. with only minor issues to start with like an unlocked patio door behind the drapes that if not checked could have let in an intruder. About midnight, a girls soccer team descended on the room next door. Somewhere, they found boys and started a loud party that promised to go on all... More

I'm glad you decided to stay with us and enjoyed our pillow top mattresses as well as the banquet. You are correct in assuming Red Lion prepared the food. I'll pass along your comment to the Chef, who I'm sure, will be pleased. Hope to see you back again soon. More

I would normally rate this hotel a 3 or 3+ but the showers were consistently cold - had to just hop in and out! Maybe if you waited until mid-day they would be ok but their system can't handle the morning rush. The location is excellent if you are attending a conference at the convention center. It's right next door... More

We stayed here for a convention last week. It was nice to be able to walk across the street and not deal with parking. The room was adequate, lacking microwave/frig. There was a Keurig single serve in the room. The bed was fine. Lighting in the bathroom was terrible ... and no lighted magnifying mirror, which I've come to expect.... More

I always want to start with the positives when there is challenging feedback. I stay with Red Lions due to having some of the most comfortable beds. I had a great nights sleep when it came to the bed. Now the challenges. I am sad to see this site going downhill. I have stayed here for years. My last 2... More

I booked for staff to attend a training at the Red Lion In Yakima. He was put in the back part of the building, the staff referred to it as the older section. The door would not lock correctly. There was a used bar of soap in the shower. I was very disappointed as my family has been a premier... More

Very clean room and super comfortable bed! The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was the off season and the hotel was not very full. When you attend a conference, you must stay at the conference hotel. But frankly, I am tired of being banned to the "back 40 annex." Every time I've stayed here for a conference, we are in the back annex with little parking. This time we had a problem with the air, although the management was prompt in sending the repair... More

This was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. Poorly managed, untrained staff and poor maintenance. A door handle fell off in my hand, the timer in the bathroom didn't work, the phone didn't work correctly, the cash machine was inoperable, the printer in lobby was without ink, the bartender (in the middle of fine wine county) didn't know the...
