Our group just completed a major (for us) educational event at this facility. The staff went above the call of duty to make our stay pleasant and all the training rooms adequate. Of course, in all cases there are some minor shortcomings. Trevor, our man on the spot, was always there to assist us with whatever our needs were. Minor... More

For the price, they YVHC was good value. I would stay again. The room was spotless top to bottom. The facility is aged overall, but getting work throughout (still tube TVs in some rooms). Money to upgrade is being spent here by new owners arriving earlier this year. Service was very friendly, if at times understaffed. Breakfast was solid, and... More

Our high school baseball team was participating in the Washington State Championships in Yakima, Washington. There were numerous events going on in the city so we didn’t have much of a choice when it came to picking the hotel we wanted to stay in. We reserved a 2 queen room for two nights through Booking.com. One of our concerns was... More

The only 'good' thing about this place is the staff. They are very good. And this place as stated is under new management and renovations. Some of the rooms have been done but ours was old and in dire need of a total gut and do-over. The carpet was stained in several places, the room smelled musty, the furniture was... More

It's Yakima... It's not like there are too many super fancy places. But this place doesn't seem to care: they offered a great, clean, convenient, pet friendly hotel with absolutely no trouble. Very affordable. We walked in and got a room quickly. It was spacious and clean. They have a nice courtyard and pool area but it was still too... More

The hotel rooms were filthy. Do not take your shoes off to walk on carpet, the comforter and sheets had stains and dirt on them. The towels did not smell clean. The hotel backs up on a trailer park and there were wild cats running everywhere and a rooster that would wake some in out party up. To top it... More

Stayed there for 1 night, as part of a group, in the 300 side. The room was fairly large, with 2 queen beds, TV, refrigerator, microwave, and 2 separate sinks. Unfortunately, the stopper didn't work in 1 of the sinks. I feel the facility was somewhat dated. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and I was able to... More

I set a family member up for 10 days and then they decided they didn't want to rent to him and instead of just saying if there was an issue they lied that they were full as when I called they had a room and once they asked for who, a long pause and of were full. Never again will... More

We were pleasantly surprised all the way around. The two queen size room was very large, and very clean. The front desk experience was excellent. The price for the 3 day stay was much extremely reasonable. Would definitely book again

Front desk personnel were pleasant. Had to have air conditioner cleaned as soon as we checked in - mold on outside and filter filthy. The air conditioner did not have a setting for constant air flow, consequently it got hot in the middle of the night. The bed was hard so there was no good night's sleep (for 4 days).
