We were so blown away by the hospitality at the Churchyard Inn! From the moment we arrived to departure — the freshly baked cookies & wine, the delicious breakfasts, the peace & quiet, comfortable bed & conversations with Lee—all made our stay so enjoyable. Thank you Lee & Marilyn!

Make a detour from Pullman WA or Moscow ID to stay at this wonderful B&B! This house was once the convent of the neighboring church & it is truly a beautiful house. The owners are gracious hosts & make you feel very welcome. The property backs up to the wheat fields of the Palouse & we watched a stunning sunset from the back porch. Downstairs a large living room welcomes with an extensive library, chocolates & port. The bedroom was comfortable & the bathroom modern - everything was spotless & the heater made the room perfectly cozy when we awoke. Breakfast is truly a treat - coffee was ready early & we were served a delicious egg dish, fresh fruit & fresh baked bread - all served at a shared dining table. Conversation with the owner & the other couple was so enjoyable. This stay was a wonderful experience!

We LOVE Churchyard Inn. We have been going there since 2001. It is beautiful, peaceful, and very friendly. The food is good and so is the conversation. The owners have great suggestions for places to see, things to do, etc. It is close to Pullman with Washington State Univ. and to the Snake River and Hells Canyon.

Stayed in the Victoria Suite for two nights and were very pleased with the cleanliness and overall comfort, as well as being most impressed by how quiet and peaceful the entire bed and breakfast was throughout our stay. On arrival, thoughtful welcoming treats left in room were also much appreciated. Balconies in front and back of the converted convent made for very pleasant evenings of reading and enjoying the absolutely beauiful countryside views, and stunning sunsets. Were served a wonderful Sunday breakfast by the innkeepers, who also kindly prepared a take-out breakfast for us the day before due to our planned early start for the day. Highly recommend staying here if you desire peace and quiet, as well as appreciate well kept and maintained historical buildings with a lot of history behind them. We could not have been more pleased with our stay in Uniontown.

I chose this b&b for its unique name and location. I was not disappointed. This home has a long history and is beautifully restored. The owners were very welcoming and elaborated on the history of the region and their own home. The beauty of the Palouse surprised and intrigued me. I hope to return in another season to see the special effects of light and colour on each scene.
