Wife and I were on a road trip through Washington. Due to high volume of travelers and being a Saturday we were having a difficult time finding a place to camp. Another RV park recommended Riverbend, we were so glad they did. The owner took pity on us and let us camp in the over flow and charged us a fair price.
The Park very clean, the owner was super nice. We do not travel with pets, but the park has a nice dog run. The bathroom is small with one shower but is very clean.
We have already recommended to others and if in the area again that is where we will stay.
Beautiful RV and camp setting in a beautiful part of Washington at the foot of the Cascade Mountains, along the Methow River which offers excellent fly fishing. We had spot #2, shaded and right next to the river where we just enjoyed the peace and quiet. Nice shower facilities but bring your coins. Coin operated showers! Large campground which offered good riding for children's bikes and a nice pet park as well. Available for tent campers and RVS of all sizes. Fully equipped! Twisp also offers a Saturday morning Farmer's Market!
Beautiful park. Wonderful high speed internet. Didn’t have any problems using it.
Wonderful employees. Always nice and helpful.
Lots of mosquitoes so bring your repellent.
If you’re disabled use your own facilities. While they have beautiful bathrooms and showers that are always kept clean they are not equipped for wheelchairs.
Nice pavement for wheelchairs.
Beautiful lawn.
Our spot had a wonderful grass area that was very green.
Loved the fire pit. It was clean when we got there. Sites are kept very clean.
The views are so beautiful. We saw deer and geese. Loved sitting by fire and watching the kayakers float down the river.
We will be coming back there again.

Most unfriendly owner ever (12 years of RV). Arrived 1:48 pm. Office sign said "OPEN" - Sign on the door basically said go away (photo attached). Unhooked car; moved as far out of the way as possible. Owner raced up on golf cart - yelled at me, "Check in is not until 2:00!" I replied, "We read that." Owner snapped back, "Did you read the rest of the sign?" I replied, "I did. Do you really want us to leave and drive into town? It is now 8 mins to 2:00." She replied, "I'll make an exception THIS time." She then allowed the camper behind us to check in. When I checked in, she demanded we "move quickly, you are blocking traffic back onto the highway." Worst Hospitality ever!!!!!!! Campground is nice. Owner does not deserve your hard earned money.

The location is great, right on the river, and has great amenities! Bathrooms are limited, but clean and have ac. There’s also a cute area to bbq with some outdoor games. Management wasn’t the friendliest and spots were close together but overall a nice place to stay.

Our 5th visit with the gorgeous drive over the North Cascades Highway to this find by the river. The staff work their butts off fighting the cotton wood trees to keep the grounds close to immaculate. The sites are gravel and pretty flat and well spaced and some almost on the river bank. The bathrooms are immaculate. LARGE fully fenced dog park. Half way between Winthrop and Twisp with fishing lakes all around.

My first impression was a bit put off.. I tried 2 call ahead 2 ask about the possibility of coming in an hr early, but there was no reception. When we arrived, I was verbally scolded for coming in early. I was told she normally sent ppl back up the road 2 wait. Didnt feel very welcoming. The RV Park was nice, on the river, some shade but you can't enjoy the outdoors because of mosquitoes. They are relentless! Also the cottonwood trees were blowing cotton all day long. Didn't see any spraying going on to combat the mosquitoes. We were disappointed with our camping experience.

Great location. Site 19. We pull in facing the river so it’s a gorgeous morning view. WIFI is not that great, nor is Verizon because of location. Largest dog park we’ve ever seen....at least 150 feet long. One dumpster only, as you leave the park. Did not try bathrooms. Entrance and exit is off a 50mph road so be careful. Some awful looking move-ons after you pay and go to your site. Not that appealing of an entrance. “What are we doing here”? But, the sites themselves are okay. Lots of road noise but it all stops as the evening comes on. Good grocery store in Twisp. We would stay here again.

Friendly staff. For a small park, it seemed to have a lot of good sites. Lots of large pull throughs. Trees scattered around the camp grounds. Minimal amenities. laundry on site. Easy access to the river. Easy access off the highway.

Nice spot between the villages of Twisp and ‘must see’ Winthrop. Clean loo, helpful staff in office. We had pull-in site on river edge which I recommend as lovely view, and further from road. Recommend visiting smoke jumper station near airport too.
