The staff, last minute, made arrangements for my stay. They were so helpful. The room was wonderful and had those little touches that made it feel more like a B&B. I wish I had the bed they gave in my own house. The next morning the staff, Joe, again came through by allowing me to store some items while I walked around town. Honestly, the rooms and property make the Inn a 5 Star, the people make it 6.

Had a wonderful long weekend stay at Twisp River Inn. The inn is located around 9 miles from the small town of Twisp on a scenic road. The bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean, well maintained with good quality toiletries. Denise and her husband are very welcoming and provide sumptuous breakfast every morning. I would heartily recommend this place to others looking for a stay in Methow Valley area and very likely I will be back again.

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay and explore the Methow Valley on our bikes. Denise and Leverett were wonderful hosts and the breakfast was amazing each day of our stay. After a long day of riding an hour in the hammock by the river was a great way to wind down, very peaceful and a great place to escape from the city for a few days.

We stayed here for one night while driving the Cascade Loop in October 2011.

This is a charming home located on the Twisp River, a few miles outside of Twisp (please note: GPS and cell phones don't work here). The hosts are wonderful, and the breakfast served was all-natural, homemade, and tasted delicious. The B&B is well-maintained and clean.

Another great thing about the Twisp River Inn is that they accept dogs, which for some reason seems to be rare in this part of WA State. Also, there are beautiful walking trails that go along the river.

The only downside to our stay was the mattress, which we found was quite hard and did not make for a great night's sleep. If it wasn't for that, we would have rated the Twis River Inn with five stars.

This was our first experience with a B&B and weren't sure what to expect. Denise and Leverett were wonderful! It was like visiting old friends, if we were in the mood for company and chatting they were right there and ready, and if we wanted alone time, then it seemed as if we had the house to ourselves. Leverett gave us terrific advice for the best places to see and how to get there, and Denise's breakfasts were delicious and hearty (not to mention made with organic and either homegrown or locally grown products!) We would love to go back in the winter.

I stayed at Twisp River Inn over New Years with another couple and had an amazing time. We loved the snowy setting, delicious breakfasts, hosts, animals, company, games, fireplace, music...all of it! I high recommend the Inn to anyone looking for a semi-remote retreat who enjoys the outdoors and relaxing. It's a great place whether you're looking for a ski/ice climbing weekend or whether you just want to sit on the couch and read a book. The bedrooms were great - quiet, clean and cozy. The location is far enough out of town to make you feel like you're really away from 'civilization' but close enough if you want to go into town for a meal or shop.

My wife and two boys and I stayed here for a couple of nights and used it as our base camp for Methow Valley activities. The city of Twisp is 12 minutes away (I timed it). Winthrop is 22 min away. Its a bit far from shops and restaurants but 100% more peaceful than inns located in town. The property is located on the Twisp River. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is no cell phone reception but there is wifi. That bit about wifi was important to us! Breakfast exceeded our expectations. I absolutely recommend Twisp River Inn. Leveret and Denise are wonderful and friendly proprietors.

Stayed there for 2 nights with my friends and we absolutely fell in love with this place. The location, the hosts, the inn and its rooms, their freshly made breakfast - everything is fabulous. It was like living in some different world altogether for 2 days! Absolutely in love with this place.
Hope to get back there soon!
