Beautiful view of mountains.Clean room. Request for services was addressed immediately. Safe in room. Nice sized refrigerator. Quite neighbors. Restaurants are reasonably priced with good food available. Multiple bars to quench your thirst. Staff very polite.
This place was beautiful, very clean and super comfy. The view from the room was gorgeous and the check in process was super quick and easy and they let us check in a bit earlier. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were quiet and relaxing. Definitely a place I look forward to coming back to.
We loved our stay in the Hotel Murano. It is a pet-friendly hotel and we were able to bring our dog. The rooms are very comfortable and attractive. We slept well in the beds. We appreciated the art glass throughout the hotel. The food from the restaurant was excellent. The location is very convenient. Our only complaints were that the parking was overpriced and the pet fee was higher than we are accustomed to paying.
Clean and most importantly quiet. Polite desk associates. I would recommend to other fellow business travelers if you have a need to be in Tacoma. Rooms are a bit dated, but not a problem for me. Thanks!
Our daughter went out of state to visit friends & ended up stranded because of a car accident. The Manager Morgan, eased our worry by ensuring that our daughter who is 2 States away from home, will have a safe and clean place to stay. She was able to accommodate all of our needs and it meant so much to us as parents that our daughter was in good hands. The hotel is clean, safe, updated and very accommodating. Staff was also incredibly friendly.
The front desk staff were very helpful. Room was very clean. The area around the hotel was quiet and clean. I had breakfast in the restaurant and it was delicious. This locates great especially if you are attending an event at the convention center.
Do not stay here. Came up for one night for work. Hotel is older which is great, I love character. But with old comes issues. Power went out three times while I was here. And they don’t do anything about it. No backup generators. How is that possible. I was literally in the shower at 535 am and the slights and hot water went out. Wtf. For 20 min I was attempting to get ready and it was pitch black outside. I came downstairs to check out and all the girl could say was, yea it happens. I can understand a fluke of going out once but three times in one 9 hr period? Crazy. Don’t stay here. No I’m sorry, no here’s a free coupon for coffee, nada. My wet hair and all just had to suck it up.
Was told to ask for Ross. If the restaurant says your open until 10pm your staff shouldn’t be telling me at 9:45 that your closed. She assumed that I wanted alcohol and said she wasn’t serving it anymore. I told her I actually only wanted a salad to take up to my room and was told the kitchen was closed also. Front desk couldn’t remember her name only that she was the new girl. Have been staying in house for almost a week and haven’t had any problems getting something to eat after getting off from work. Really disappointing to be turned away so flippantly.
We stayed here due to its location in Tacoma as my daughter had a meet at the Greater Tacoma Convention Center. Perfect location just down the street. There are also restaurants nearby that we were able to walk to which was great. The room itself was average, small. Unfortunately they were booked solid and our room’s heat was not working properly and blew out cool air. We were freezing during the night and my daughter caught a cold. The next morning I texted the concierge and were able to get another room that was much nicer. Better view, working heater! I do wish there was a microwave in the room but overall it was a great stay. Staff seemed friendly and interior had cool artwork everywhere. My daughter enjoyed it snd thought everyone was so friendly. I would recommend this place if staying in Tacoma. Downside the shower needs an upgrade and water pressure but we did enjoy our stay here.…
Room is bare bones - does not resemble pictures. There is no robe provided. There is no alarm clock. There is no nice decor. There is no guest services directory. The lighting is terrible with two small down-lit lamps so most of the room is dark - had to use my phone's flashlight to see in the closet and in my bags after sundown (I heard other guests complaining about this as well). In-room coffee was pretty much the weakest coffee I have ever had. I had a great water view but the exterior of the windows was really grimy which ruined that. One of the elevators was out of service one evening and the waits were 5+ minutes and then with a whole bunch of people cramming in to avoid waiting more. Overall, felt like a complete bait-and-switch. Very disappointing.
