Rooms with a great view. We booked a suite for our stay. The room is very spacious and you have a separate living room with a mini fridge for convenience. Great views out of both rooms. The tub is huge but has its downfalls as it is very high to climb in and out of. The room was in need of some updating but very comfortable. We did have small issue that was rectified promptly by the GM. I would recommend this place. The Waterview is worth the upgrade. We did see an Osprey make a kill and feed in the tree outside outside. Pretty Awesome

We had a nice time at the casino and great concert. The dinning was great. The bar was fun. The gambling all good. We paid 190.00 for a one night say. I never slept. Bed bugs. Horrible. Come for the fun but do not spend the night.

First time visitor from the Navajo Nation to the Seattle area for Thursday NIght football New Orleans Saints versus Seattle Seahawks. Good game and my Saints won haha. Brother and i made the drive from New Mexico visiting family along the way. As we met family at the game they had gotten us a room here and that was our first ever ferry ride too which was awesome seeing the Seattle skyline at night. Very beautiful resort , great rooms, no hassle checking in the service was awesome at check in and also at the food court area. Rooms were nice and spacious nice clean and soft beds just wish our room view was better haha. Hopefully some day i would like to bring mom and dad up here from New Mexico to site see.

My stay at the resort was ok. Room was clean, we were greeted everywhere in the lobby, restaurant area. (May 6-May8) My only concern was the casino area. Our group were at the bar having a good time, all was good. I would go out to have a smoke and fresh air and the guard reminded me no drinks outside. I as unfamiliar with their rules and regulations. I asked for their policy in writing and they(security guards) were being rude and referred me to the big sign right by the door. I said ok and moved on. 45 minutes had passed and I was greeted again by the guards and their manager-lady. They were saying I was too drunk and was not allowed to buy anymore drink. (Slurred speech and tipping over were their exact words.) I played it off by saying half of the people there were drunk and everything went downhill afterwards. I asked to replay their videos to prove that I was too drunk to function. They refused. I asked what my crime was and did not get a straight answer. I agreed to drink water like they asked and still would not let me buy my drink. Hours passed-of drinking water- and the new supervisor was in charge. ALAN was his name. I asked for a drink and same. I asked again what I did wrong and still same answer I was too drunk-intoxicated to have another one. I waited over an hour and still would not let me get a drink. I asked the supervisor in charge to pull the tapes and tell me what I did wrong. He kept saying his previous workers informed him on the situation and cant do nothing about it. At this point I was furious for being treated this way. Everyone that was there were drunk and yet they banned me from getting a drink. I didn't enjoy my time there my experience was not pleasant at all. I didn't get the treatment I deserved that night. ALAN did not go above and beyond to diffuse the situation. I was discriminated against. I will get my justice-currently doing my research on getting corporate involved in this. I was suppose to have a good time with family and friends and I was robbed from that. I will definitely take my business somewhere else. It was the first and my last time staying there.

We live close by and could have gone to any number of resorts on the peninsula but we chose Clearwater because of proximity and a good restaurant as we've eaten at the Clearwater several times. Clearwater Resort did not disappoint. We had a gorgeous view of the water and good privacy. The value is great when comparing to some other peninsula resorts for your getaway. We ate at the what I call the steakhouse and had a lovely meal. I appreciate that they've changed their menu to what they can provide. None of "we're out of that" that I've encountered numerous times over that past month (no digs to other restaurnteers - I understand your dilemma). Our room was spacious. View was excellent. Shower was good though i would suggest a small stool for us gals that will be shaving our legs. We're old fogees going there for a getaway. A plus is the spa and gaming if that's your thing. p.s. We did very well on the slots after dinner. Very well.

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous landscaping, even better location but service was very disappointing. We tried to check-in shortly after 4 pm, and after the slowest possible check-in (no line just insanely slow) we were informed our rooms weren’t ready. We asked how long and the unhelpful front desk supervisor who was checking us in would not give us any sort of idea. We were hoping to swim with my daughter before dinner, so I asked if we could use the pool while we waited, we were told no. Our rooms were ready about an hour later so we came back to the hotel for a quick dinner and then a swim…oops wrong again, no restaurants were open. We asked a security guard who informed us that both hotel restaurants were closed (we later learned that the casino’s deli was open so there was food available on site - this should have been made clear by the security guard so we could have avoided domino’s and an extra hungry whiny kid). With such a beautiful property on such a stunning location the sub-par service felt so out of place.

This casinos only game is to see how fast they can collect your money! No thanks for choosing to play there! Playing slots there is like depositing $ faster than you can get it out of wallet. Played $400. In less than an hour…$1.50 a bet. GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY!

My daughter has been bringing me to this resort for my birthday every year for the last 8 years or more. I have always had the best time until yesterday, the worst experience I've ever had. I'd say the covid rules put a damper on things but I do understand the need for those rules, however they had an older man looked like in his 70's who worked in the Casino who was more than a little bit rude to me, while sitting and playing at a slot machine with my daughter several feet away from me apparently my mask slipped ever so slightly down my nose, not even off of my nose but slightly, this man approached me in a horrible manner telling me to pull up my mask or get out, he called me sir over and over again until I informed him I was a woman ( I was wearing makeup and a skirt) I told him I was sorry my mask kept sliding a tiny bit on my nose and he said I had to wear the casinos mask and nothing else, I took it and put it on and thanked him, but that wasn't it, he told me I had to pinch it at my nose and expand this new mask to cover my chin and distort my vision etc...it was a nightmare, he was so angry with me and I asked him what I was doing that was wrong, he said I didn't know how to wear a mask properly and that I was trouble and he was going to kick me out....we had only been there 20 minutes and my daughter paid quite a bit of money for a really nice room with a view, so I was willing to do anything to make this man happy so that I didn't ruin my daughter's plans for my birthday. So I was very compliant and more polite than he deserved. My daughter heard how he was talking to me, unfortunately, and she was so upset afterwards that we went to our room so she could cry. I lied and told her this man did not bother me, and I lied and told her I was unaffected by his horrible rudeness. I will not be going back to this resort ever again, if this is the kind of staff that is hired. Also the casino has always done special things for your birthday, not for me...not one single thing, didn't even get reimbursed for the expensive ferry ride to and from Seattle. No points to gamble with, no free drink or meal, nothing but an old grumpy staff person insulting my sex and intelligence. So incredibly dissapointing.

Experience was hit and miss. You really need to teach your staff how to sell your hotel. Can I have a view? Could not get a straight answer on the phone or at the front desk. Also phone rep told me about the pool (which I was not aware of), then proceeded to tell me reservations are required and we are full. Hotel at 30%, don't give me what I want, but be sure to tell me about the pool and hot tub I can not use. Player's club -- someone please wake up the twenty something with a pony tail. The room had a great bed, huge space, and a refrigerator. It smelled vaguely of old smoke, but I am very sensitive to smells. I was surprised there was not tub. I thought the decor was updated, but plain. I would have enjoyed a Native American touch. I was surprised to see the couch was ripped to pieces on top. I will attach a picture. The folks in the formal dining spot were wonderful and helpful. All the bartenders and floor staff were pleasant. The food was excellent. I had a beautiful piece of salmon, and delicious desserts. And the Daily Wok in the Deli was really good! Sometimes food in a casino is lacking, but food was the best feature of this property. I want to come back, get a room WITH A VIEW in the resort, and spend more time enjoying the lovely view. There is a large yard and areas to hang out, build fires, etc. The property offers a lot, you just have to work hard to find the good stuff!

We went to The Clearwater Casino Hotel for an overnight stay. Had a wonderful time. The room was great with a nice partial view of the water. We had an excellent prime rib dinner at the Clearwater restaurant. The next morning we had a nice breakfast as well. Had an opportunity to use the pool area and the hot tub. Both very nice. Changing room with shower also. Casino is nice, clean and the staff were really nice. Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay.
