Extremely hot in room (in July) upon arrival. 2nd floor room, Probably near 90 in room. Took 4 hours to cool down room, but then it would only go so far. Even though air conditioner was set to 60 degrees, it probably stayed near 72 and wouldn't budge. never used a blanket during stay. No elevator, have to drag luggage... More

When we walked in the hotel it smelled like a strong bleach smell and the hotel lady didn't do anything she said "it's not our problem" so we asked if there's any more rooms and she said "sure" so she went and checked while she was gone we noticed some of the hotel was torn apart and we thought it... Decent location with easy interstate access. Not a lot of food options nearby (the Burger King stands out), although presumably (hopefully) you have a car if you're here. Comfortable room - good bed, good bathroom. Breakfast was ample and easily accessible. Staff were friendly although seemingly overworked (understaffed?). One neat thing is that there's a large collection of red-winged blackbirds... More

Stayed two nights ( Friday and Saturday ) May 21-22. Hotel exterior is covered in Ugly old aluminum siding. There are still piles of the siding laying on the ground. There is also a gigantic pile of old furniture in yet another pile laying rotting in The weather. Inside, the interior is old, worn and dirty. Our room was not... More

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The front desk staff were never at the desk and had to be found to check in and check out. The computer was unbelievably slow, I mean like over 5 minutes to check in and even longer to check out slow. The check in person kept calling it stupid. I booked... More

It's a 2.5 star hotel and appropriately deemed so. The hotel is ok and should will set you back about 100 a night. It's not a luxury hotel,... More

I was charged $100 for "ashes" found in the windowsill and sink, and a cigarette smell in the room. Now, problem being, I haven't smoked in decades. Other problem, we had to close the window due to cigarette smell wafting down from a party happening in the hallway which we called to complain about. "Will" the unhelpful front desk person... More

Nice no smoking facility. Standard Quality Inn right off of the freeway. Nothing special, but was clean and smoke free...which is nice. Did not use the pool. Hot breakfast looked ok, but did not eat there.
