The cabin was perfect, warm, cozy, well-equipped. Check in and check out was easy. The location is magnificent, the view from the front door of the cabin was awesome. The Gorge offers so many opportunities for fun, I will come back soon!

Wind Mountain Ranch is a beautiful place to experience! I was looking for something in the Columbia River Gorge for a two night get-a-way. We stayed in cabin #1. The cabin was perfect for the two of us and our doodle dogs. The cabins are beautiful inside and out. The porch is perfect to sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery. One of the best things about it was that we could have our dogs with us. They have a huge groomed field in front of the cabin and some trails in back in the woods for sniffing and trail running. Dogs get to run free there. You would not even know it because there was no dog poop any where to be seen. (We always pick up after our dogs so it was a no brainer for us.) The whole space was super duper clean and just beautiful. I plan to go back for a solo solitude adventure with just me and my golden doodle Zephyr.

This was a last minute trip to get out of town and go mountain biking with our teenager. The setting at Wind Mountain Ranch is unbelievable. So quiet and relaxing. Even our fussy teenager gave it a thumbs up.

Get place to stay off the beaten path. Amazing views all around. Trails to hike and just great natural beauty . The cabin was perfect. The bed was very comfortable . The cabin came with everything needed for first class living. We ate in local Carson at Backwoods Brewing(also a must, five stars too) and took a pizza to go . We re heated it on the propane BBQ that was on the porch. Worked out great. We will definatly be back!

We've stayed a few times, and even got married here! The cabins are cozy and amazing, and some are even pet friendly! The private hiking trails are a definite plus and our pup loved laying on the porch watching the deer in the field! Best place in the gorge to unwind and disconnect for awhile!
