I was here last week on business and enjoyed my stay, so had to come back. The rooms are cozy, breakfast delicious, and good location. The Inn keeper is very congenital. Good value for a quiet room and yummy breakfast.

We needed a place for Gonzaga's GEL weekend and it was the perfect place to stay! Everything was ready for our fairly late arrival, the room was just right - comfortable bed, private bath (I wouldn't go any other way!) and every little thing thought of - well appointed. Breakfast was perfect - just enough and well prepared. The house... More

Very pleasant stay at this B&B. 3 of us shared the blue room and it was very comfortable. It's close to shopping and Spokane activities. Breakfast was very yummy and we enjoyed visiting with the other guests.

I had an absolutely amazing two night visit. Phyllis was kind enough to upgrade our room from the Green room to the larger Blue room because it was going to be empty all weekend. Breakfast was fantastic. My partner and I got engaged during the trip, we are already planning on returning next year for our anniversary!

The place was beautiful and had just the right touch of decoration to make it feel cozy. The beds are super comfortable and the owners are super sweet and friendly. It is close to Northtown mall and a lot of downtown Spokane. Located in a wonderful neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes.

Within walking distance of Gonzaga University. Phyllis is very accommodating and gracious. Delicious breakfast. Only caveat is that East Indiana Street is a busy and noisy arterial. Not much of a problem in the wee hours, but if you retire early, it could be an issue. In which case specify a room off the street.

I was visiting my son and had just a couple of more days to spend in the Spokane area. I decided to stay with Phyllis and see if I could glean ideas for our own bnb back home. I told Phyllis that I would be there some time after dinner. I later decided that I would like to find the... More

The thoughtful hostess takes great in meeting the needs of her guests. Everything was well thought out (bath robes, hair dryer, umbrellas, tea anytime) and clean, and the breakfasts were straight out of Gourmet magazine, though she also accommodates those who want oatmeal and dry toast. The bed was soft and comfortable. It is an easy walk to Gonzaga University... More

Cozy, warm and unique, you don't want to miss out on this spectacular BnB! Breakfast was delicious, only exceeded by the kidness of the innkeeper! Super clean and convienient, with close priximity to Gonzaga University.

Lovely home, Phyllis is a treasure. It was just a one night stop, but Phyllis went out of her way to make sure we made the most of our stay. The breakfast was great...best scrambled eggs ever. Just have to mention the bed in the Roses room...the most comfortable we've ever slept in, in all the years we've been staying... More
