Impeccable service and room was quiet and cozy. I love the attached dining options..Brooklyn DIner is a hidden gem. Super Hi-def TV and jetted tub were nice touches. For the price the value exceeds that of other luxury downtown hotels. We will be back.

Beautiful old hotel right in downtown Spokane. Walking distance to many top rated restaurants. Three restaurants on the premises. They give numerous food and drink coupons to you on arrival, usable in their restaurants and free breakfast just a one minute walk down the block.

Thank you so much for the review Jenn K. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. Three delicious restaurants on site, each with nice bars in them as well. Walking distance to many other great restaurants, breweries/wineries, music venues, and shopping. We hope to see you again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were exceptional and responsive. A few observations - Needs a towel rack or a towel ring next to the shower. Hang your towel on the rod at the end of the shower - More information about parking options when the lot behind the hotel is full.

Gizmo_Rex, Thank you for taking the time to give us this informative review! We very much appreciate your feedback, and I will share it with the hotel staff right away. During your next stay, please ask the front desk for a little parking map and directions to our overflow lot, we are always here and happy to help! We are currently looking into adding recycling bins into our rooms, however, we do have one at the coffee bar for your convenience, or you can definitely bring any recycling to the front desk and we will dispose of it properly. We thank you for your feedback, and we all look forward to seeing you during your next trip to Spokane! Warmest Regards, Montvale Staff

The Montvale Hotel will phone the casino for you and make an appointment for you to be picked up. It is based on the availability of the shuttle. I hope this helps!
