The floors made our kids feet black and the AC didn’t work. I would recommend not going there. We only stayed one night. There were dirty dishes in the sink and something black in the freezer. It was hard to turn on the shower because the fossett was rusted.

Horrible place. Stained carpets. Burn marks everywhere. Blood splatter on bathroom door. Overall dirty and nasty. If I could give you under 1 Star I would give you -100. Drug addicts all over the place. Running around at all hours of the night. I’ve stayed at a lot of places and this was by far the worst I have ever seen. Thanks for ruining our anniversary weekend. Will never stay there again. Never.

I made reservations a couple of weeks prior. We drove 3 hours to get there. We arrived @ 3:20 PM, twenty minutes after check in time. I went to the front desk, signed in and the clerk took my credit card and then ask me if I wanted the deposit put on the same card. I asked, "What deposit?" He said there was a $100.00 deposit on the room that was refundable after it was inspected when I checked out. I told him that there was no mention of the deposit when I made the reservation online. He just shrugged his shoulders. There was nothing I could do. He gave me the one key after I specifically asked for two. I unloaded our bags, went up to the room and the door was partially open. I knocked and pushed the door open and saw that the room had not been cleaned and the what I presumed were the maintenance man's legs sticking out of the bathroom. I said "Hello", and he made a noise. I said that I guess the room hadn't been cleaned yet and he said, "Nope". Didn't stand up or show his face, or even try to offer an explanation about anything. I went back down to the office and explained the situation to the clerk. He checked his list and said that it had been checked off as cleaned. He called the maintenance man and asked him what was going on. He told me that he was doing something and it would be an hour before he was finished and then the housekeeper had to clean after that. It was the weekend and there were no other rooms available. My friend that I rode with had plans to go see her family and had to be somewhere at 4:00, so my son and I had to stand outside with our luggage and wait. When we thought that the housekeeper was almost finished, we carried everything upstairs as we felt odd just standing in the grass at the bottom of the stairs. When we finally got in the room, I did notice that she had done a decent job cleaning in the time that she had and what she had to work with. Because of the virus, they had no breakfast, so I asked about coffee. He said they had pots available and he would have one sent up as soon as they were cleaned. I called him after we were settled and asked him about the coffee pot and he said that housekeeping had gone home. I was getting a little frustrated at this point and asked him if he could just get it and I would come to the office and pick it up. I could tell by his voice that he didn't really want to, but said, "I guess I could." I was there to meet my grandchildren for the first time and they came the next morning to visit. I had taken my shoes off while in the room and after a short period of time I looked at the bottoms of my feet and they were solid black from the filthy carpet. I went in to wash them in the tub and it was almost impossible to turn the water on as the water knob was broken. 3 of the lamps had burned out bulbs and one had a rubber band to hold the shade together. My little grand girls came in and I couldn't let them play or sit on the floor as it was so disgusting. I spent most of the last night there cleaning. The dishwasher had dirty dishes and pans in it. When it was time to check out, I took the key down to the office and a girl was the clerk. She said I would not get my deposit until after it was inspected and if there were issues she would call me about any charges. I told her three times that there will not be any issues that weren't there before and that several things were broken. Then she said something about stains. I almost had to laugh. Who would have noticed stains? Anyway, she said it will show up on my account as pending for a couple of days. I promise you, I will never go back there again and will recommend to everyone I know not to stay there. The pending on my account did disappear after three days.

Place looks shady. Dirty inside the office where you check in. Then they cancelled my reservation for the night. Drove 2 hours to get there. Said they called me. But didn't. Bad practice. Guy was very rude. Definitely do not recommend to stay here. Horrible 🖕

We recently stayed for 4 nights and will absolutely return. You cannot beat the price, it is clean, staff are helpful and nice, and the location is great. Everything a person needs is within walking distance including tons of great restaurants (visit Nudo if you like authentic ramen, Mod for awesome pizza, to name only two within 1-3 blocks), drug stores, and a grocery store right across the street. There is also other services in the area including salons, spas, and Dutch Brothers (hands down THE BEST coffee) nearby. It’s super easy to get to get back and forth from other places in Spokane, North Division is packed with shopping and restaurants galore. There are lots of updates to the buildings and we felt totally safe and secure. Will be back again as soon as possible!!!
