We had a very nice stay. River view with balcony was awesome. Comfy king bed, and sofa bed was comfortable too. Room was fairly spacious. Towels were plush and new. All hotel anemones are well kept. Front desk personnel were professional, friendly and when I called for fresh towels and additional blankets, they had them delivered to the room quickly. Only a few things that was needed was that the pictures have a Keurig coffee maker and the coffee maker provided was nothing I've ever seen before. Coffee downstairs wasn't that good either. Also room doesn't have a luggage rack to put your luggage on during your stay. But the evening drink was a nice treat.

A lovely welcome by Hunter with great ideas and things to see! Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast and plenty of parking. Balcony room was a nice addition to watch the river. Walking path to Riverfront Square. Plenty of dining options in walking distance. A great hotel to stay and play and perfect weather.

I contacted the hotel directly to inquire about airport shuttle services and rates. The agent I visited with was very helpful and provided me a corporate rate for this business trip. The hotel is ideally located, very clean, and safe. The social/bar perk and breakfast quality were excellent. Front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and attentive (I was acknowledged upon entering the lobby). The shuttle drivers were both punctual and professional with one offering to drop me at the conference center nearby and take my bag to the hotel for my check in later in the day. I was impressed and felt like a VIP throughout my stay. Thank to the Oxford team in Spokane!

Unfortunately this stay was mediocre. The room had a strange layout and the bathroom was tiny. They do not offer daily maid service and claim it is for the safety of their guests and to save the environment. I really think its about tryimg to save money by cutting down on costs for maid service. At a little over $200/night, this is not acceptable. What they did offer was to provide fresh towels daily and to empty the garbage. We did make this request but sadly it went unfulfilled. On the hotel website, it speaks to a daily manager's reception which would provide 1 drink and appetizers but we were advised by hotel staff after we arrived that the reception was not provided on 2 of the 3 nights we spent there. The included breakfast was subpar. The room did not come with an in room safe (apparently you could leave e your valuables with the front desk staff for safekeeping). We really did not feel we got good value for our money and will find other accommodations next time we are through Spokane.

The location of this property is wonderful, everything downtown is walkable, and everything necessary (airport, shopping, attractions) are easy, short drives. My room overlooking the river was worth a little extra cost and was exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfy (nice blend between firm and less firm), the furniture was comfortable, clean and in great condition. HVAC worked well and was quiet. I appreciated the refrigerator and microwave as well as the kettle for the provided “steeped” coffee bags. Parking is safe and thankfully limited to 1 car/room (the lot is not huge, but adequate). The evening reception and breakfast are well staffed with MANY options (hot & cold) to satisfy all palates. A huge plus is the hotel staff! Everyone (front desk, housekeepers, bistro) were VERY friendly, helpful and attentive. The property is very clean inside and out. It’s a great all around value with nice extras that have disappeared from other brands! I will definitely look forward to my next stay here, and highly recommend it to you.

Oxford Suites, across the river from downtown Spokane, is a comfortable, clean, well appointed family owned hotel with easy access and secure parking.
While neither our room, nor the small cafe and bar had a river or city view the hotel is right on the beautiful river walk.
The complimentary cafeteria style breakfast was above and beyond most hotel offerings. In addition to personalizes grill items there were real eggs, a variety of meats, potatoes, real biscuits and gravy, a fruit bar, and multiple cereal offerings for the kid at heart, and more.
Dinner staff made extra effort to fix a great burger “just the way we like it”!
While we didn’t have the nachos, when they came out for another patron we were amazed at how great they looked and smelled. Next time!
The small bar, offering a complimentary drink to hotel guests, was tended by friendly knowledgeable staff who taught us a bit about some of the local beers they offered.
Just a few words to describe the ENTIRE staff from desk clerks, to cafe and bar staff, including housekeeping, and even the manager: Very friendly, cheerful, so helpful! Treated us and our dogs like family. Their attitudes were contagious and other guests seem to exude the same spirit.
We’ve stayed here 2 times this past month and will definitely make Oxford Suites our go to place in the eastern Washington area.

We stayed 2 nights at the Oxford. I highly recommend paying extra for a riverside room with a balcony. The views were amazing and the sunrise was breathtaking!! Our room was spotless, odor-free, the King bed was comfortable, the TV was bigger than it looked in the pictures and had HDMI ports to connect an XBOX or laptop. The breakfast buffet was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. They offered scrambled eggs, sausage patties and links, waffles, diced potatoes, cereals, pastries, and fruit. The hotel staff were genuinely friendly and housekeeping does not bother you before check-out time. We will definitely stay at the Oxford the next time we're in Spokane.

This hotel was the cleanest and most organized hotel we have stayed at in a long time! The staff were very friendly and helpful at the front desk, the maids left the room super clean, the free continental breakfast was far more than expected and had many food choices to choose from! You definitely would not go hungry! To boot! They even offer a free social hour that was beyond expectations with many drinks and snacks to choose from too!
Our room was so lovely with the view of the river! It’s such a nice walk along the river and the park. The room has all the essentials with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, pen, paper, microwave, ice buckets, coffee machine and so on! You also feel completely safe at this hotel as they have security walking around to make sure everything is under control and unwanted passengers are entering the building.
I will definitely stay at this hotel again and pass on the word to others to do the same! Thank you Oxford Suites for making our stay so magnificent and we will see you again! (:

I love the customer service, the staff are really nice, rooms are spacious, clean, and the interior design is done pretty good.
Pillows are nice, but the mattresses in 522 are lumpy.
Close to restaurants, minutes from nightlife on weekends, and the area has a lot of mom and pop stores which I absolutely love.
Serve breakfast in the mornings and you get a complementary glass of wine between 6:00-9:00pm.
This is my second stay at this hotel. I would probably book it again.
From a designers eye, the rooms could use different drapes and the back of the sofa fabric didn’t really go with the look of the space but colors matches the carpet. The throw used just for decor purposes was completely wrong, I would have gone with a different color.
Otherwise, this was is a really lovely place to stay.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location near Riverfront Park. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was far better than what most hotels offer, and I appreciated the use of refillable soap, shampoo, etc. instead of single use plastic containers (and the products had a nice fragrance).

Yes, there is, but I don't think is can be open now due to COVID. The Northern quest resort and Hotel in Airway Heights, just west of Spokane has their pool open. They are considered part of the Indian reservation, so different guidelines.

By alerting the front desk to our needs we were delivered downtown to an eating establishment and the next day downtown to the theatre, also picked us up from the theatre. River Park is only a block or two from the hotel, we also did a lot or walking for the good of the order.
