Awesome location. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Used two of the bikes for a couple of hours, great perk. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.
The only issue we had was in the Ebro. There was live music on the patio and we wanted to sit and listen. They wouldn’t let us sit out on the patio because we weren’t going to eat or have any drinks. We had already done both downtown. As hotel guests we should have been able to sit somewhere on the patio and enjoy the music.

Great Check-In Service most helpful and very quick. Able to check in early for pool side rooms. Grandkids LOVED the pool and hot tub! Such a great hotel for families. Best of all they really, really take care of their grounds. The plants and flowers everywhere look great and the grass areas are perfect.
Everyone commented on how nice the beds were and the room darkening curtains allowed us all to sleep soundly. It was our third year and we will for sure be back again!

Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Toiletries were available in the room to use in case you forgot yours or ran out. I received text messages from the front desk asking if there was anything that we needed before our arrival. I communicated with them that we were behind schedule in our arrival and they replied back in acknowledging.

I was made to understand maid service was limited, and one day I did have to request full service (my fault, spilled coffee on my bedding). They had checked the rooms every day but one, stocked my towels, made my bed, but never refilled my coffee supplies. One day I requested maintenance as my keurig machine was not working. Came back after a full day at conference and no one fixed. Worked the next day, but not the day after. Disappointed this was not taken care of after a special request, and disappointed it was never stocked, and one day completely had no service. Otherwise, I did enjoy the hotel, the grounds, the Osprey, especially Josh who was a very attentive bartender/waiter. I had two meals, the Falafel/Tabouleh salad and the Burrata plate, they were both exceptional and I would order again. Liked your 1/2 bottle wine night and late night happy hour!

It was very good with a few exceptions. The shower was EXTREMELY slippery. They did bring a bathmat right away when asked. The bathroom was uncomfortably small. The bath towels are EXTREMELY small and thin. I did not know they made them that small!!! Room was clean except for the sliding door. Beds were very comfortable.
Food was prepared very well and wine choices were adequate. The buffet breakfast is nothing to shout about but is a very reasonable price.

This hotel is just very poorly managed. First of all, the bed was saggy and the fitted sheet did not fit and kept slipping off. The pillows were small, old and lumpy. There were not enough towels in the bathroom. The restaurant was very poorly staffed with a waitress who argued with the bar man and ignored us while we sat on the patio. The food was mediocre. We went to the outdoor pool for a swim and the pool was grubby with black dirt all around the edges-disgusting.The breakfast, for which we were charged $15 each was described as a buffet. It was over cooked eggs, burned sausages, no bread or toaster, a plastic bag of bagels and some packages of jam. No juice, no fruit, no cereal. This was our $30 breakfast!! Then, to cap it off, we forgot a bag in the closet of the room which the hotel called us about four hours after we checked out. We were already driving into Montana and could not go back. The receptionist said she would send it on for us via USPS, and call us back when the manager arrived to give permission to do so. She never did call back. We had to arrange everything ourselves, while driving, with Fedex to pick it up and call the hotel repeatedly to be sure they would cooperate and put the bag in a box. We had to email the label to the hotel and then call to be sure they would place it on the box. It was so stressful and they never assisted us at all. The manager was not in that day or the next day. That explains why the front desk did nothing. It also explains why there were so many problems. We deserve a refund but of course will not get it.

Beautiful outdoor pool area. The rooms are ok- not amazing, not bad. No smart tv (to use streaming apps or connect phone), could hear loud noise of other room doors shutting. AC worked great and pool view from the room was nice! A sidewalk lining the parking lot would make accessing the buildings easier.

We’re a Gonzaga family and this hotel can’t be beat for the location near campus. The rooms are fine, but gray simplistic decor is kind of a bummer 😉 We also stayed here in august as well for Move In day and the space under the dresser/desk is perfect for bringing belongings inside (theft from cars is a thing in Spokane).

The breakfast is $10 extra, and in our experience is not worth it. There’s a Starbucks a few blocks away that has better food/coffee.

This hotel is literally next to our son's apartment (940 North), so it was really convenient. Check-in took a while, as there was nobody at the front desk for almost 15 minutes (I was the only one there at first but there were 5-6 people behind me by the end), and the phone was ringing off the hook unanswered. That didn't make a very good first impression but the person who eventually helped us was pleasant and doing the best she can by herself. The rest of our stay was uneventful (in a good way). Because of the staff shortage, they will only clean your room upon request. This is an older but well maintanied facilit that was probably renovated/updated not too long ago.

Location is great by the river and beautiful path to walk to Gonzaga University!

Not recommended for elderly, Only 1 elevator near lobby and if used and you are in any building besides building 1, the walk is very long along a ramp. Only stair access is near other buildings which makes it very difficult for elderly customers to unload luggage and come and go from rooms.

Slightly dissatisfied that rooms were not cleaned in a daily busy..our stay was for 3 days and no room cleaning happened before we checked out.

Onsite restaurant is good but service is very slow.

When I booked rooms, I was not made aware of TPA fees and Occupancy Tax on top of Rooms Sales Tax.

All the employees at the Check-in Lobby were very polite, courteous, accommodating, friendly and kind!

Monday through Friday the pool hours are 9 am to 10 pm. Saturday and Sunday the hours are 9 am to 11 pm. It had been a long time since I stayed there and really don't remember such trivia so I called them. If you have further questions you may call them and ask at 509-326-5577.
