Room is very outdated and very expensive! Pool was great and our room was right next to it. Loud and people kept smoking right outside our door. In remodel when we arrived so check in was on 3 metal tables, very unprofessional. And on top of expensive price you had to pay $9 a night to park! Don't recommend it.

We were booked at this hotel through a work event. From top to bottom this was one of the worst hotel experiences in recent memory. They are currently doing some serious renovation on this property and really have no business booking rooms during this very chaotic time. There was no actual front desk. Instead they had way too few front... More

Check in was a nightmare. No obvious check in desk due to renovations and we roamed around the hotel for a bit before realizing we missed the black rolling cart type stations with computers. We got our keys and found our room. Our keys didnt work on our assigned room, but my little one found a door across from ours... More

We've stayed at this hotel many times, and always had a pleasant stay. We just got home from 3 nights there, and well, next time we'll probably stay at the Davenport. We had a room with two queen beds, and we are a family of 4. There were only two bath towels, two hand towels and two face cloths. I... More

Thank you for your comments. We happy to hear you enjoyed our Summer Concert Series and that your kids enjoyed our outdoor pool. Thank you also for noting our friendly staff. I am sorry that you had to call Housekeeping for more towels. You are correct, hardwood floors are cleaner than carpets and we do clean our floors everyday. However,... More

We checked in here on Aug 2 this place was totally under construction, the front desk was nothing but folding card tables. You could not tell it was the front desk at all, once checked in the directions to the room were so bad it took forever to find our room. When I was walking down to the room I encountered construction... More

The hotel is finishing a facelift and looks nice.. The rooms have nice wood flooring, and the beds are comfortable. That ends the good things I have to say. The rooms were not clean. Training needed. Furniture in the room was discussing and dirty. We went to the front "desk" to let them know we were told that the manager... More

The front desk staff were all snarky, save one fellow (Casey). We arrived before 3 and a room was not ready (not a problem) so I asked if they could call or text when it was. Clearly, irritated, a young woman lectured me on how "busy it gets" but grudgingly took my number. Hello, aren't they in the service business?... More

Thank you for your response. We appreciate your positive mentions of our bartender and Front Desk agent, Casey. I've forwarded your comments concerning the toilet to our Engineering staff to double check that room. Our very popular outdoor summer concert series, did run a little long on that particular night. Usually, it's over by 9 pm. However, due to a... More

Upon checkin, our room had a broken toilet. It was continually running, and could not be flushed. We were given the room next door, but when I asked about an upgrade, I was told the hotel was full. The new room had no blow dryer, no clock radio, no room service menu! The rooms are very dated. Lots of plaster... More

Thank you for your note. I've sent our Engineer to replace the toilet bowl parts that caused your toilet to continuously run. We'll also check on the tub drain as well. We're glad you enjoyed the comfy bed. We've got new, wider sheets being placed on beds this week, that should eliminate the problem you experienced. More

Pretty decent property. We stay at RL fairly regularly and the properties are hit and miss. This is a great location, and very conveniently located to the downtown corridor and all the action, shops, and restaurants. Unfortunately, the rooms are a bit beat up and tired, and the property itself needs attention. To top it off, we were staying over... More

Sorry you missed the completion of our lobby and restaurant renovation by one week. I know it was a bit chaotic in the last week getting everything put back together, but the lobby and restaurant turned out very nice. We hope you come back and give us another look, now that we've completed the renovation. I am sorry our popular... More
