Since I used 10,000 points plus paid $110, I felt ripped off to be given an out of service room overlooking the exhaust pipe of the building next door. As a Diamond Select member, I would assume to be placed in a nice room not a room full of problems... The first room had an antiquated AC unit that did not cool the room because of low output so they moved me next door... When I spoke with the GM, she only offered a 10 percent discount and wanted to let the maintenance guy spend all morning in my room fixing the problems even though I was checking out I felt extremely disrespected at this hotel because the GM offered such a minimal resolution... As a Diamond Select member who used 10000 points and paid more than their regular rate, you would think they would offer a better room... And since it should have been an out of service room, the GM should have returned my points and refunded my money...

This Best Western is not only people friendly, but very pet friendly too! My dog and I stayed at this hotel on three separate occasions while she had surgery up the road and the staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly to us... They gave us our privacy and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of... The rooms are a great size and kept very nice... Because I eat only plant-based, there were plenty of options at breakfast for my needs, along with a selection of non-dairy milks in the fridge which I really appreciated... Breakfast had enough with bagels, oatmeal, and fruit and the coffee is really good, which is important to me... They have garage parking if needed, which is a really nice option... The staff is VERY nice and always helpful...
