Heading back to Seattle from Bozeman, Mt. A very positive experience all around. All staff very courteous and friendly, room very spacious, clean and quiet. Very generous and varied offerings for breakfast.We were reassured that there were cameras monitoring the parking lot and a patrol every 2-3 hours.Excellent quality/price ratio for less than $100.

Modern and clean hotel in a great downtown location , with easy walks to the river , restaurants and bars. Staff always helpful and friendly with free and easy parking. You will see quite a few homeless around downtown but we never felt uneasy and it is not a reason to avoid downtown Spokane.

This Spokane location of LaQuinta is nice and comfortable. Easy on/off I-90.The motel is very nicely updated, with a large and open reception/lounge area. The breakfast nook was very large with lots of comfortable chairs, easily the best motel breakfast area I've seen in awhile.The breakfast (open until 10:00!) had the usual stuff, but with a few extras like various fresh fruit and many kinds of breads, muffins, bagels, donuts, hot oatmeal, etc. The room was clean and quite comfortable. Our room was the "junior studio suite", which for a few dollars more, was worth it. Yes, there are homeless wandering about in the neighborhood, but the large motel parking lot is fenced, with an automatic gate. We had no problems with the rather sad homeless folk milling about the area. Don't let the down-and-out homeless scare you away, all will be ok. …

The hotel itself is great. The staff was friendly and expedient. The facility and rooms were clean and renewed. Breakfast was a good spread. The downside of this hotel is the location outside of the property. There were many homeless people in the area. I would not even consider exploring outside of the property on foot, Not even crossing the street to visit the gas station. Though we didn’t have any issues with our stay or on the property itself, I don’t know if I would consider staying here in the future.

Very comfortable and convenient location in downtown. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was fine - nothing special. Bed was a little firm, but still slept well. We would stay here again when visiting Spokane.

La Quinta did a great job with a clean, comfortable room, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff and good security. I would happily stay here again. I thought management went above and beyond to be accomodating.

For the price, which is mid range, there isn't a better place to stay while visiting Spokane. The staff is the best, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well appointed, the breakfasts include strawberry waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, seasoned fried potatoes, and all the other offerings you would expect. The parking is well lit, the grounds and the lobby are attractive, they welcome dogs, and I never encountered a single staff member who wasn't upbeat and friendly. There is a lot of foot traffic in the area at night, but the hotel is well patrolled, and extremely secure.

All the comforts for a great sleep and shower. Nice rooms and great breakfast with friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed with heaps pillows. Close to mall and restaurants, but busy traffic. Take valuables out of your car. Being downtown, had transients around, but we had no issues. Quite secure.

Loved the cleanliness of property, friendly staff, able to bring my Dog, and a good breakfast included. Only draw back is the neighborhood. Lots of homeless around the outskirts. No issue on the property or parking lot. We will definitely stay here again.

I stayed because my husband is in the cardiac ICU at the hospital up the street, so I arrived exhausted and not at my best. First, I went to brush my teeth and found the sink full of hair and stained with coffee. The woman at the front desk was very nice and apologetic. When she cleaned it up, she noticed there was no soap - which she fixed. She did not notice that there were no towels - something I did not figure out until the next morning when I tried to take a shower. That happened extra early because the room came with an actual alarm clock (like from the 1990s) that went off at 5am. The morning desk staff were not nearly as nice. They tossed me a towel without so much as an I'm sorry. I can't believe I had to pay for that experience. This hotel made a terrible life experience even worse. …
