Stayed for 2 nights. Unfortunately due to Covid their bistro was closed but otherwise had a good stay. Location was right on the river walk park and borders Gonzaga University with several restaurants and bars within ~ 5 min walk away. All the staff we encountered - front desk, housekeeping - all said hello or good morning throughout our stay and all seemed genuine...that was refreshing. Room and hotel was clean and all staff were wearing masks. Would stay there again.

I spent two nights here for work and it certainly met my needs for that. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and staff was friendly. The WiFi worked without issue. The gym is very small (2 treadmills, 1 bike, 1 elliptical, some weights, and that's about it) but functional, and it's nice that there's an indoor pool and whirlpool. The location is good - easy access to downtown and a pretty view of the river, but the property itself is nestled away and is quiet with plenty of parking. The bistro isn't a big, full service restaurant but is perfectly adequate for a business traveler and I appreciated having it there, especially for breakfast - and it's much better than the free (but mediocre) continental breakfasts some properties offer. The only negatives are 1)there wasn't a ton of hot water and what was there took quite a while to start flowing, and 2)while the room was quiet in general, I could somehow here extremely clearly (almost amplified) through the door connecting me to the room next door. Not a huge deal, but if I stay there again I would ask for a room without an adjoining door.

The hotel itself is nice. Comfortable bed, relatively quiet, and clean. The staff is okay. What truly disappointed me was the “nickel and dime” atmosphere of them trying to make a few extra $$$. There is a very small fridge in the room but no microwave. You have to use the one in the lobby. There was no complimentary coffee or tea in the lobby because they have a Starbucks Bistro and want you to buy everything. No complimentary breakfast either and while I do like Starbucks Coffee the food there sucks and is too expensive. I ordered an $8.00 breakfast sandwich which had stale crusty bread, wilted arugula and old browning avocado.
If you want a beer or snacks expect to pay at least twice what you’d pay at a gas station. At $5.75 for a beer I expect live entertainment not just to take it back to my room.

Stayed here for a quick weekend trip. The hotel is downtown but away from the central core of the city, which is nice because there's free parking and downtown is an easy five minute drive, or a longer walk if you wanted. The hotel is off of Division and the Spokane River in a business park. The hotel is an older version of the Courtyard brand, but very clean. We had a one-bedroom king suite so we could have a living area (with sofa bed) for our daughter and a bedroom area for us. The room was spacious, the bathroom was small. We had a courtyard facing room, which was fine. The Centennial Trail is right outside the lobby, following the Spokane River, which you can use to take to downtown and Riverfront Park or the other way to Gonzaga or beyond. It was more than I wanted to pay for a hotel, but the location for going downtown and going to Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena for two Chiefs games was good.

We loved the location of this hotel. Walking path right outside the hotel takes you to the busier parts of downtown and quickly to the convention center.
the staff were very friendly from the front desk to the convenient cafe in the lobby. John was exceptional, very courteous and WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! My daughter left her expensive video game behind and the staff returned it and John worked with me to have it shipped to our home in California. Thank you!!
We had two satisfying dinners there and it was perfect for grabbing a quick coffee on the way to the games in the morning.
Ours was a second floor room facing the river. What a view! The lobby is cozy with lots of spaces to sit and relax.
We did have an issue with the air conditioner on the first night but it was quickly resolved with a call to guest services. Room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely return when we go back to Spokane.

The room was nicely set up with a table/desk that pulls out and a sleeper sofa. I liked the balcony that each room has - ours overlooked the courtyard. The lobby area is huge with several different seating areas, including tables for the Bistro. I had a drink at the Bistro, no food. Drink was spendy, but very good. All staff was friendly and helpful. Indoor pool and spa - I didn't use, but looked nice.

This Courtyard seems older but it has been well kept up and provides a comfortable nights rest. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly for all of our visits here. The rooms were very quiet and, while older in decor, had great functionality. Our room facing the river had a nice small balcony. Breakfast was covid-style: to-go grab bags. That may have changed now. Everything was clean and neat. The elevators are a bit hard to find though and it’s a bit of a walk from the parking lot to them.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving week and the property was very quiet. The Front Desk staff, John, was super friendly and welcoming. We got a river view room on the top floor. We found the hotel to be very clean and quiet, one of the most quiet rooms we've ever stayed in Spokane.

The Bistro was open in the morning for coffee, Starbucks drinks and breakfast. This is a great hotel. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is old and dingy. The area seems sketchy. I am a platinum member and requested a quiet room. They placed me on the 3rd floor just across from the elevator and across from an ice machine. I was told there is a restaurant on site, it is not a restaurant, it is Starbucks with mediocre overpriced food. This is the second poor Courtyard experience I have had in a week, I am not sure if the brand is going downhill. I changed my stay to one night and am switching hotels tomorrow. So disappointing

A typical Courtyard room. This specific location has great views of the river, walking distance to downtown & a trail system that goes directly behind the hotel. There is plenty of parking at this location. We would definitely stay here again.

Hi Stevekickinit! We do have Happy Hour every night of the week from 5-7pm -- although it is not complimentary. Our Bistro is open for dinner, as well as a full bar with many different beer and wine options as well. We hope to see you on a future visit to Spokane!

Hi! We are next door to the Spokane Convention Center - so the walk is a mere 2 minutes or so! Our hotel backs right up to the Spokane river and the Centennial Trail, which is the paved and well-lit walkway that you will use to walk to the Convention Center.
