The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was there was no elevators and we were on the third floor. But overall it was worth the money we paid. Very reasonable

We have stayed on this property many times for family reasons, weddings, etc. This stay was for medical purposes. The staff is amazing and caring. They have kept our being away.from home comfortable. They are caring and I will stay there anytime we are in spokane.

Good value. Beds and pillows are excellent. Rooms are incredibly quiet (and this hotel is on an extremely busy street and my room was toward the front of the hotel). Staff was helpful, kind, responsive if I had a need or question, welcoming when I came in late and tired each night. Breakfast is serve-yourself with eggs and bacon or...

10 am. My room door opens and hits the bar lock. Thank goodness I had it latched. Whoever it was never said a word. Spoke with management about it, they said it was a housekeeper who was 'embarassed' that she had tried to come in a room that was occupied and so she didn't say anything. Front desk manager, Michelle...

We stayed one night only but was very pleased with room, king bed which was very comfortable. As well was dog friendly for a $15 charge. The hotel was central to our stay and worked out very well. Breakfast was included and as well was great.

This hotel is very reasonably priced for what it is. The good qualities: It is safe, quiet and the rooms are clean. The beds are very comfortable. The not-so-go qualities: The food is absolutely terrible. It is American food at its worst. Nothing feels healthy or real--it's full of processed food and concentrated drinks. Even the eggs taste bad. The...

Nice hotel, a little dated, but neat and clean. Parking was a little challenging while towing a trailer. Pet friendly and quiet. Breakfast buffet was so-so but did the job. Walking distance to the Golden Corral Buffet was nice but not sure about the pot shop next door.

Needs a little TLC, but the Breakfast was wonderful and the employees were really great, very helpful, the building need a little remodeling of sort, otherwise everything was very good. Barb Robbins
