We stayed in room 20 over the weekend and had a great stay. Very clean room, very nice kitsches with this suite. The owners are very attentive and the view and ambience was fantastic. Thanks again, we will definitely be back soon.
We loved this place. The rooms are large and comfortable. Beds are great and the price is very reasonable. No A/C but it was a typical cool day so was not needed. Walking distance to the river and restaurants. Would not hesitate to recommend..
I fell in love at first sight. It was just like a movie, quaint little rooms. The insides are cozy with clean linens and a little full kitchen. TVs for each room. A nice big table for eating and plenty of seating for four occupants. No AC but open the windows and you get a lovely breeze that keeps it perfectly comfortable. The wi-fi was a bit spotty but that's my own real critique. I think most people will enjoy it. The staff was helpful and friendly. Just know that the office is across the street on the upside of the hill. Don't forget to say hi to Bam-Bam, the adorable American Bulldog. Just such a sweetheart!
From the point of making our reservation to being personally shown our room, our family was beyond impressed at the excellent service and courteous treatment from the staff. Small town motel with boutique style cottage rooms meticulously cleaned and prepared for guests. We were delightfully surprised at the coziness and at home feel of the rooms. Our room was updated with a modern yet “by the sea” classic feel. Upscale fixtures, newer kitchen and even a jacuzzi tub in our unit. We had a beautiful view of the river and Each a cute front porch and sitting area. The bed and sofa bed was neatly made with fresh smelling linens and was very comfortable!! They even left us a handwritten note, such a sweet and personal gesture! The gal who checked us in went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!! We will be excited to stay here again in the near future! Highly recommended!…
Can’t say enough good things about our visit. Spent three nights while visiting family in the area. The room was very clean, modern and inviting. Separate bedroom and full kitchen which were both very convenient. Staff was very friendly….Will definitely be back!!
Great little find in the PNW! Just when we thought we weren't going to be able to find a place to stay for the night this place popped up on Yelp! We stayed in the 2 room suit which is pretty much a small 2/1 home. Full kitchen, comfy living room, and two very nice bedrooms. The owner was super nice and very accommodating. If you need a place to stay in South Bend, I highly recommend the Seaquest.
Husband and I stayed one night. I pre-reserved a room with two double beds. We walked in and were astounded by the size of the room. There was a full kitchen, complete with everything you need to do your own cooking. The room was spotless and very inviting. I would definitely recommend a stay here, if you're ever in the area.
I love the smell of a clean room. The carpets are sparkling. The linens are crisp. The kitchenette is gorgeous, there is ice in the freezer. You are in walking distance of several South Bend restaurants. This motel is tidy, well located, and the owner, Bill, responded very quickly when we couldn't figure out how to turn on our TV. And he loves dogs!
We stayed in room 16. Friday 01/18/19. Really nice room that came with two bedrooms and a kitchen. Owner and his wife were friendly. Beds were nice. Towels were great and televisions in the bedrooms and separate doors to each bedroom. Location is great. In a nice residental neighbor wth plenty of parking. Wall based heaters that keep the who unit warm. Love the tea and the coffee maker in the kitchen, the dishes, etc provided. The price was good for $ 116 a night before taxes. It was very quite and very easy access to the highway. It had a very cozy feeling. This motel is great. I would to find other motels that would have the same seperate bedrooms, kitchenette's, seperate livingrooms , like this great place. I have stayed in many motels and this place clearly stands out as the far best that I have stayed in.…
Just a street up from the highway below the imposing and beautiful 1910 courthouse building, the Seaquest is a charming motel with friendly owners and clean, well appointed rooms. The owners have clearly worked hard to update the rooms, which are spotless and modern. The unit we were in had a kitchen with full size fridge and stove, comfortable beds, and a little sitting alcove. Recommended.
