I stayed with my boyfriend for a mini-staycation and it was wonderful. Valet greeted us the minute we pulled up and were very professional. Charles checked us in, and he was awesome! He made sure I knew what I was signing for and explained the amenities including the tub, fireplace, and the Spa Level access, which we added. The room...

Absolutely loved our stay and were blown away with the quality of service! Check-in was prompt and easy. We loved our HK room with the two-person jetted tub and wood burning fireplace. We had the Spa Club Level upgrade so the room already had a bath butler waiting for us which we thoroughly enjoyed with our bath. Attic food was...

At check in we were asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. When we were seated for dinner that evening there were red rose petals spread on the table. Nice touch. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. The library where they serve coffee & biscotti in the morning very cozy. The falls was beautiful. Put it all together and...

If you want a place you can truly relax, be bathed in luxury and assisted by a most genuinely kind and caring staff, this is it. Go for the fourth floor with a river view. 5 stars on the spa experience and the most fabulous massage. Thank you Courtney! The room was nice, but... the heat didn't work and the shower did not have proper pressure and hot water. Really!
