Enjoyed the wood burning fireplace (duraflame) and patio. Service was good with best service from the valet guys - especially Chris - you were very helpful and a great representative of the hotel. The patio (floor one) felt secluded and was beautifully landscaped making for a fun wilderness feel. Would have been great to have a table.

The lodge is beautiful. Our room was so romantic and cozy. We opened the windows and could hear the falls..all night. Loved the fireplace and the sani no pipe tub for 2. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the linens..super soft. I was in heaven except for one thing. For $400 plus a night ..I was very disappointed... More

We stayed here 4 years ago while the falls power project was in the works. Enjoyed the formal dinning where I had to borrow a sport coat to have dinner. Great Breakfast over looking the falls (what was there) and enjoying the Salmon Hash. Stop last week after a 7 day cruise to Alaska on Oceania, which sails smaller ship,... More

Staff is just going thru the motions...and hostesses are not there to work. Over priced for quantity and quality! I had 4 services which is too many for this place and the mani/pedi should not even be offered as a service ( you get 1/8th of what you'd get at a regular nail salon and is in a poorly renovated... Love this place!! The customer service is great! Very cozy feeling . The beds are very nice! The tea station in the library is wonderful! We have been there a couple times and have not had a bad experience. Lots of places to walk around with beautiful surroundings.

Hello 125alenag, It makes our day to hear that our guests have enjoyed their stay! Tea in the library is one of our favorite touches (but we may be slightly biased) since it complements the luxurious, yet cozy, atmosphere we strive for. We look forward to hosting you again in the future. More

After arriving in Seattle we took a drive to Crystal Mountain and made reservations to eat dinner in the Dining Room at Salish Lodge and Spa. After visiting the lovely falls, we were looking forward to dinner and a view. However, we were ushered into a dining room (without a view and the only couples in the entire non-view section).... We enjoyed an overnight stay at Salish Lodge & Spa. It was nice to get away from our hectic life for a short trip and enjoy the Snoqualmie area. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and Salish provided us with a complimentary bottle of Sparkling wine when we checked into our room. We upgraded to a room with a view.... More

We have been twice to the spa and have enjoyed it both times. The masseuse are nice and try to cater to the clients need. This time we grabbed a bite from the restaurant, and despite above average prices the food was at best below average with few options.

Our room was dirty. It clearly hadn't been vacuumed or dusted in quite some time. There was broken glass near the bed, near an old rose petal reminiscent of 1980's potpourri on the floor (we didn't drink in the room nor have the rose petal treatment), and after waiting for our room to be prepared after our first night, the... The Salish Lodge is my favorite get away. The falls, the jacuzzi tub, the fireplace, the very comfortable King size bed, the incredibly friendly staff, the amazing brunch, it just goes on and on. If you want to slow time down and unplug, this is the place to do it!
