I can’t say enough great things about the Salish lodge. The food is amazing. The room felt luxurious and it was decorated in classic pacific northwest style with a lovely fireplace and balcony overlooking the falls. The Salish lodge is very peaceful and rejuvenating. We enjoyed every moment. The restaurant manager Gwen was kind enough to ask us about our meals. And Will who brought us room service in the morning was so friendly and sunny. Great experience. We will return! Also, we felt very safe from a Covid perspective.
A little while back I scheduled a expecting mothers massage for my wife on her birthday. Long story short she showed up and somehow it got canceled. Being her birthday and pregnant with some lower back pain I wasn’t very happy. I Reached out to the lodge to let them know my frustration and they did what they could to make it right that day. BUT The general manager reached out to me and the following day and wanted to make sure we knew that he was going to make it right and to make sure my wife was going to get her massage. Fast forward a month and a half I reached out to him and scheduled a mini baby moon for the wife and I. He made sure everything was right just short of rolling out the red carpet. It’s the little things Salish lodge does that really make their customer service excellent from their supervisor walking us to our room to leaving us a nice letter with some chocolates and fresh fruit and a bottle of Martinelli‘s sparkling cider (because again my wife is pregnant) and even everyone know us by our last name. It’s those things that will keep us going back.…
Appreciated it’s proximity to the Snoqualmie falls, it’s attention to details, cute decorations and hospitality.... Would have given it 5 star if food service had been of a better value. Even in a 5 star hotel in room dining typically is not priced that high. Nowadays we want people to be encouraged when they order in...shouldn’t there be a cap?
My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Salish Lodge for my birthday. Everything was exceptional, including the friendly staff, food, spa, and complimentary treats. The staff (both valet and front desk) went above and beyond to help me and my husband feel safe and welcome, especially during the current pandemic. This place certainly isn't cheap, but we agreed it was worth every penny! There were many complimentary treats/amenities provided including welcome cocktails, happy hour wine tasting, homemade trail mix, and a pour-over coffee setup in the room. In addition to the incredible service, I would be remiss if I didn't rave about the food. We had a delicious dinner in the Dining Room, and ordered room service brunch that was out of this world. We will definitely be coming back - for an overnight stay or just for a Sunday brunch. This place definitely needs to go on your bucket list if you haven't been already!…
Be prepared to leave the pressures of daily life behind as you settle into your comfortable and well-appointed room in this beautiful property perched above enchanting Snoqualmie Falls. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. The rooms are spacious and quiet with high-quality amenities. You may not want to leave the room, but that would be a mistake. The spa offers some wonderful experiences and the dining room provides an excellent menu; the food is simply delicious. The grounds are gorgeous and it is a short walk to the beautiful falls. The entire stay was refreshing - and highly recommended.
