The lodge and grounds are beautiful, full of trees, flowers, wildlife and a pond. A gourmet breakfast beyond compare. Dwight Hostvedt is an excellent host, helpful and informative on all aspects of Sequim and the entire Olympic Peninsula. The hiking was magical. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return one day.

We loved this place! We had our own kitchen and living area and loved sitting outside in the very peaceful setting. The owner gave us a very detailed orientation for the town and the area, which helped a lot.

Our family of two adults and two adolescents were very comfortable in the lodgings we selected. The cottage and the Dragonfly Suite were both sufficiently large to accommodate our family comfortably. Staff were friendly, efficient and courteous. All the visitor's information they provided were well received and enabled us to plan our time in Sequim, Olympic National Park and Victoria (BC).

This lovely lodge is tucked away on acres of beautiful groomed forest and garden land with a lovely pond. Our accommodations were excellent and more than I expected. Every detail was thought of. The host was so helpful in giving us information about local spots to try and trails to explore. The breakfasts were beyond delicious and held us over each day until dinner time! We loved every minute of it and have recommended Lost Mountain Lodge to many friends.

We stayed in the Dragonfly suite during our stay. We couldn’t have had a better experience. Stay is lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The lodge is a little bit out of town, so it is very quiet at night. Highly recommend this place. Dwight, the Innkeeper was very helpful giving us some recommendations of must see places and restaurants
