We stayed on 5/31/14-6/1/14. This was our second time at North Park Lodge. Both times the rooms were spotlessly clean and quiet. The beds are SUPER comfortable! When we visit from out of town, we don't want to stay in downtown Yakima (too scary!). We will definitely stay here every time we are in town.

The "lodge" is conveniently located across the street from the ball fields, but it's obvious that they run it with minimum staff and upkeep/maintenance is not a high priority. The staff is friendly but there appear to be few on-site. The front desk lady had to abandon the front to walk the halls to quiet running kids late in the... More

This hotel was great! My only complaint was they did not offer foam pillows. Some of us are allergic to feathers or down.. I just know to bring my pillow from home! Very cozy, family friendly place to stay! We will return

We stayed there for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was so nice and helpful. We enjoyed our visit and would stay there again.

Unfortunately the maintenance is not being done as the hotel ages. Great location, great staff, poor building/room maintenance and not always clean.... Terrific pool for kids of all ages. Lastly, the train traffic seems to be increasing and a train goes by frequently. Each one sounds its air horn so get a room on the highway side of the building.

We happened upon this hotel as we took the wrong turnoff... was pleasantly surprised, very nice, very clean.... Good variety for included breakfast. The Décor was very appealing, very huntsman/woodsy look. Furniture was very cabin like. Nice lobby, fireplace. Exercise room, free Wifi, Game room.... and a first for me.... a tanning booth (extra cost). We enjoyed our stay here... More

We stayed here from May 3-5. My son had a tournament in the area (Yakima) and the team got a good group rate. For the price we paid, it was worth it. If ever we are in the area again, this is the place for us to stay. Breakfast was good and I like the little details in every room... More

Had two separate rooms between families. Carpets were disgusting, ground in food and dirt. We were afraid to take our shoes off. One room reaked of urine. Blinds with no blackout curtains so at sunrise the sun comes blasting through the blinds. Coffee not restocked and coffee pot dirty. Not impressed. Clean carpets are just as important as the rest... I stayed here with my son who is in the Army and transferring here. We stayed for 5 days and mostly it was a very good stay. Except for Friday and Saturday nights when 2 baseball teams were there. It was horrible! They ran through the halls yelling until after 11:00pm! The first night we didn't say anything, when it... More
