We arrived at this hotel at midnight to discover that the hotel could not check us in due to their system updates. The lady at the desk was not nice and said their system was down and would be down 30 minutes to an hour. After an hour wait, the front desk lady said she had tried to reboot several...

Our car broke down so we came here. The breakfast was amazing and Royce made our stay great! The bed was nice and everything was centrally located. While waiting for Uber, the lobby was accommodating. Worth the price.

Older property but clean and comfortable. Friendly front desk staff and free airport shuttle. Pleasing to see a non smoking hotel so no nasty surprises. Free breakfast, good wifi, free parking. Coffee/tea in lobby. Refrigerated and microwave in room. Fast food chains a few blocks away. Some aircraft noise due to proximity to airport.

Worst hotel ever. Used it for a layover. The shuttle took nearly an hour. The driver was rude as well as the front desk. Never again. Don't make the same mistake I did. The extra few dollars would have been well worth never seeing this place.

This is an overnight stay at best. Very low price would be the only reason to stay here. No frills and not the cleanest place. Hotel is very old and very loud. In a horrible neighborhood with very few amenities.

The criteria I used to select this hotel was close to the airport, free shuttle service, 2 queen size beds, air conditioner/heater, free parking, around $100/night, free breakfast (even though we left too early to enjoy it).... The hotel met all my criteria and I received everything I thought we would. There was some confusion when I arrived at the...

Motel is clean and perfect place to stay before or after your flight. I especially like that you park your car and it stays where you park it. The staff is knowledgeable and set up your shuttle service for you. When we returned, I phoned and told them where we were and they were there in less then 10 minutes.

My husband and I were going to attend a Seattle Sounders' game. The game was going to end late so we didn't want to drive 2 1/5 hours back home. We decided to book a one night stay. The next morning we got up early so we could be ready on time for check out. To our surprise the hot...

This is a nice hotel with great staff! There's a good hot breakfast in a nicely appointed breakfast room that seats around 20 in the off season. They have fresh fruit, juices, good coffee, black tea, pastries or muffins, bread, milk, yogurt, sausage, scrambled eggs and two waffle makers, a microwave & toaster. Breakfast is served from 6-10 am. The...

The price was right for what you got. Seedy appearance, thin walls, large gaps around room doors, poor heat. Location was OK The breakfast was good and did enjoy being able to have coffee whenever I wanted. Didn't mind tho as we were there to see Seattle not to stay in our room.
