I left behind in a hurry to catch the shuttle my jewelry box. when I got to my destination that evening I realized it and called the motel and they said it hadn't been turned in. called again and they kept saying it wasn't found, got back from my trip and front desk lady informed me it was found but...

Management response:

We here at the New Jet motel (formally Sandstone Inn) are very sorry management was unavailable during the new ownership transition. However what your saying is not correct. I personally spoke with you and let you know housekeeping did not find anything of value and thru anything left behind away. This person has been with company for 20 years while...

Stayed here because this was the only place available at the time.(Conventions) We were here because of a death in the family...they did have "free" coffee & breakfast "snacks", Vending machine right outside office was fully stocked. No views or anything extra...very quiet, within walking distance to a few restaurants. Had shuttle to airport to get on train...

I've parked here many times. It's always the cheapest rate, a huge lot that is reasonably secure. I would't stay in the motel, it looks pretty nasty. But for car parking at 1/3 the rate of the fancy places it's great. One of they ways they save you money is by not having an army of shuttle vans so it...

They are dirt cheap because the service is dirt cheap. One shuttle running means you wait another half hour for another shuttle.....and another half hour for the next if the shuttle it full. We nearly missed our flight out because we waited 45 min to get on a shuttle from the lot and had to get a cab from the...

Had no trouble at all. The hotel is sketchy... I wouldn't stay there, but the airport parking was cheap and easy, my car was untouched and was all in one piece when I returned a week later. I'll be parking here again next week.

sandstone inn charged my us twice..once on his debit card and once on my credit card ( as I reserved the room for him through booking. com) now they won't refund my money citing that my brother left some belongings in the room, which is completely fabricated. disgusting customer service especially since I'm trying to call them from a different...

Poorly lit parking lot; not comfortable at night. Bed was unbelievably hard, pillows uncomfortable. Room was BARE BONES. Old, noisy A/C. Must have been 30-40 holes in door jamb where locks had been taken/torn out - not a good feeling. Peeling paint, dirty concrete steps. This place just isn't being taken care of. Bed didn't even have fitted sheets! Old...

Not bad for a park, stay, and fly. Realitively clean, basic, not overly noisy. Poor tv reception. Good transport to and from airport. Close and convenient. Limited breakfast selection. Friendly staff.

We *thought* that coming into Seattle the day before our cruise would be the way to go, so we stayed at the Sandstone. They have a shuttle from the Seattle/Tacoma airport which is a HUGE plus. They also hold your luggage for you if you arrive before check in, another huge plus. It's close to Dave's diner (walking distance) as...

Let's start with the good. The desk clerk when we arrived was pleasant, and the room we were given had a clean, double bed that we slept well in. The room itself was like a time-warp back to the 1970's, but having free wi-fi that actually worked in the room helped. Also, we went to bed pretty early without having...
