The Lodge reminds me of a cozy Inn/Lodge in Vermont. It is well managed by a welcoming staff with the highest standards. The beds are beyond comfortable. The bathrooms are beautiful and accommodating. The food is very good and the choices many. I suggest reserving a room on the river, if possible.
I was very put off during check in and was made to feel inadequate because I was using a gift certificate that was purchased for me. I thought it would be nice for my husband and I to have an anniversary staycation with you as we are from Kennewick. I was very put off at check in when I was asked about the gift certificates and then questioning on the $200 incidentals hold on my debit card. Which basically came across as if they were asking if I had enough money on that card. Also, the hold is still on my debit card, and it's been two business days.
We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The robes and slippers were nice as well. Everyone was professional and kind. The pool heater wasn't working efficiently and the pool was colder than normal. The workout room could use a few more options for equipment. The bed was a little soft but everything else was great!
Was an amazing place. Staff was awesome and the property and room very clean. The river view a thing of beauty. A restaurant inside the property and 2 others within walking distance. A walking trail along the river as well.
We were looking for a place to stop for the night on our way home from visiting family and found The Lodge At Columbia Point online. It's a beautiful hotel on the Columbia River and the service was excellent. We had a lovely top floor room with a river view. The room was well stocked with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the fireplace was a nice touch. The staff was extremely friendly and we had an excellent dinner at the restaurant! We'll definitely stop here again.
We chose the Lodge for our “stay-cation” as a break from our routine and some quiet time during the busy Christmas season. What a find. Great location, excellent service, wonderful food with generous portions, and very comfortable rooms. Will certainly return.
We have traveled all over the world and I was surprised to find one of the nicest places I’ve been in so close to home! Our room overlooking the river was beautiful and cozy. We sipped our in-house coffee by the fireplace while watching it snow outside. We ate several meals in the hotel and every one of them was excellent. We will definitely be staying there again in the near future.
If you live in the Columbia Basin of Washington State, or you’re just traveling through, THIS is the getaway you’re looking for! Beautiful lodge, cheerful employees, fantastic rooms, excellent location on the Columbia River, overlooking the walking trail with the huge park also in view. Not a complaint! Will come back!
Beautiful place, but I have some comments and concerns that I have reached out to the hotel! Hoping to hear back from them! It is a beautiful hotel reminds me of being in the woods in a beautiful cabin minus the drive! This was a staycation for us!
I highly recommend The Lodge. Excellent service, location and food. It is the best place in the Tri-Cities . We are very fortunate to have this place here. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff goes out of there way for every request.
