We stayed at The Lodge for a week in May during the Covid-19 outbreak. We saw them sanitizing surfaces thoroughly multiple times a day. We felt very safe and taken care of. Everyone was incredibly pleasant and went above and beyond for us in every touchpoint. The hotel itself is in an incredible location on the Columbia River, our room was extremely comfortable, and everything was designed beautifully, but the staff stole the show as the reason we'll definitely be going back. Even though some of the services were limited due to coronavirus, we still had a great time taking their free bikes out on the bike paths on the river, soaking in huge spa bathtub, and having sunset drinks on our patio overlooking the river. Even the room service food was exceptional. Highly recommend The Lodge if you're coming to the Tri-Cities. It's a beautiful, comfortable, well-thought-out place to stay with extremely kind staff.

Had a good time despite most everything being closed. The food was excellent from the restaurant and the service was just as good. Very good location with the golf course nearby, the trails and parks along the river and several fine restaurants close to the hotel.

Great location near waterfront. Room was very nice, good value for the price I and staff was great. Overall, recommend this hotel if your staying in Richland. Room had a wonderful view of the marina. Sitting areas next to the lobby are nice. I especially enjoyed the firepit out back. Easy parking and access to room.

Beautiful lodge in great location. Walking path and park nearby. The lodge is on the Columbia River. The restaurant is great at the lodge plus there are several other restaurants within walking distance. Definitely recommend a river-facing room.
