Great Hotel. Modern, clean and a short walk across the parking lot to the mall. I’m a hotel snob and I’d definitely give this 5+ stars. I loved the little touches such as the books next to the bedside for a little something to read and the umbrella by the door.

I’ve stayed at an Archer hotel near Boston years ago and absolutely enjoyed it. When I discovered this one, outside of Seattle, I booked it right away for our Seattle trip and was excited. The good things: The hotel is beautiful and new. The rooms are spacious and look great. Especially loved the big shower! The hotel is super close to tons of trails and forest, parks. So much good hiking! The gym is relatively big and has pretty much everything. I even spotted a Peloton. (Okay, the Four Seasons in Vegas had about 15 of those in a row, but, of course, whole different animal. 😂) The gym looked pretty new and it was always empty when I got there. AC could be colder. And the indoor pool is very, very small - not sure what you’d do there besides maybe bathing kids? Service from the front desk was okay, in my opinion. I did not experience any over-the-top friendliness, but any requests were fulfilled promptly. The front desk service stood out though when I asked for more Nespresso capsules - they were super generous every time and basically filled a bag with coffee pods! I thought that was sweet (I swear I will leave all the capsules I’m not using here - I have a different Nespresso machine at home anyway. 🤣) Okay, now the not so good things: This hotel is right next to a freeway. Why does none of the reviews mention this?! I booked a room with a balcony, but it was very noisy outside, even at night, so I kept the door closed. Also, absolutely need to ask for a room on a higher floor. I assume it’s less noisy higher up. I had no clue and didn’t see this recommendation in the reviews, so didn’t ask for it and got 4th floor (which is the lowest floor with rooms - 2 and 3 is parking garage.🤦🏼‍♀️) Parking is NOT free. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was that downtown Seattle had crazy parking fees. Here there is a huge parking lot outside, but the hotel advises you that cars are not allowed to park in that lot overnight since it belongs to the shopping center. Using their garage is $15 a night. Finally, housekeeping. From the five nights (so four days) I stayed, housekeeping only showed up once without specifically having to ask for it. The first day I asked for it when leaving the room, the second day was gone all day and housekeeping didn’t come at all, the third day was gone early morning to late afternoon, and when walking back to the room, passed housekeeping in the hallway. A few minutes later they then suddenly came and asked if they could come in right then. 🤷‍♀️On the fourth day I didn’t expect it anymore, also given that it was one day after 7/4, so it was kind of still a holiday, but they knocked on the door around 1 pm. On that day we were only gone early morning to around 12 pm, so I figured this wouldn’t work out and was pleasantly surprised. Housekeeping also removes stuff you HAD in the room and used, like dish towels, silverware, napkins, bathroom mat, and then does not replace that. All in all, a really beautiful and new hotel. Great gym. Service/housekeeping has room for improvement.

The hotel was amazing in every way. From the very warm and helpful staff to the extremely clean and comfortable room, we were impressed. The staff seemed genuinely invested in my sister and I having the most pleasant stay as possible, and they went above and beyond to ensure that this occurred. If they asked for constructive input on how to make the stay better, I would not know what to say. I highly recommend the hotel. The gym was also super modern and clean as were all the rooms in the hotel. If you like dogs and travel with dogs, this is for the best option I can ever even dream of for you (so is the surrounding neighborhood). I don't have a dog and was initially surprised to find how dog friendly the hotel was and that I never once smelled dog, heard a dog, or experienced anything but smiles and fun related to the dogs that I encountered there.

It was our first time going on vacation (post-pandemic) with our Yorkie puppy. So we were a bit nervous and was not sure what to expect. As soon as we walked through the door, we are immediately greeted with Julie’s warm smile. She was so welcoming that we were immediately felt as ease and knew our stay at Archer Hotel would be a fun one. She sent up pet amenities for our puppy to enjoy - thank you, Julie! Our double king bed room was clean and beautiful with a view of the Redmond Town Center. We loved it so much that we decided to stay another night! Julie was super helpful in changing our reservation to accommodate our change in plans. We will come back for another visit and will definitely stay at Archer Hotel again. Highly recommended!
