Great hotel! Absolutely no complaints! Comfortable and very clean room. Very nice breakfast. Great, safe location. No hassle parking. Great for a vacation and a stacation. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others!
We loved the hotel!. The location near Redmond Town Center was perfect. Parking was convenient with easy elevator access. The hotel decor was beautiful and the vibe relaxed. The room was spacious and very quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even the small gym was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend the hotel and hope to return.
I would have to say my wife and I highly enjoyed our over night trip. We were on the 6th floor. It was extremely quiet. Our room was very clean upon entering. The bed and pillows were extremely soft and comfortable. The shower was very nice and had shampoo, conditioner and body wash ready for you, if you forgot yours. To top it off, the staff was amazingly helpful and very friendly.
The Good: Stay was mostly pleasant. Clean rooms, Amazing fitness room. Loved the nespresso machine and the book recommendations in the bedside table. The Bad: They charge a $15 parking fee. Sure it's reasonable but seems like something they could just fold into the hotel fees. Especially when having a large parking lot outside just indicates a failure on negotiating a favorable deal with the Redmond town center. The Ugly: Wanted to pick up some breakfast on the way out. Was told 15 minutes for a bagel sandwich in a place that had barely four patrons. Sure, I'll take responsibility for not planning better. But I had to leave and couldn't get my food even after 25 minutes. They still ended up charging me for food I never received.
Not a very clean room! Housekeeping not doing a good job. Found hair, old food and old yak in between Ben and side bed table. Restroom were not cleaned well. They don’t vacuum floors every day. Wi-Fi not strong enough.
I watched the hotel being built while I lived in Redmond, and decided to splurge on a stay there while back in the area. The lobby is gorgeous, the welcome was great, then I arrived at my room. I was hoping for a view of Marymoor Park or Redmond Town Center. Instead, Room 437 has a view of a concrete wall. Had I not been exhausted from a long day of travel I would have requested a different room. Luckily I didn't spend all that much awake time in the room during my 2 night stay. But the kicker--the reason I won't return to the hotel to try a better room--is that when I checked out and mentioned how disappointing the room was, the supervisor said they assigned it because the hotel was fully occupied. That was obviously a lie. I never saw another guest in the hallways, never saw any other room being cleaned, never saw anyone else at the elevators, and the parking garage was practically empty. Very disappointing.…
My husband and I loved our stay at the Archer Hotel in Redmond. The room was everything we wanted. Great bed, fabulous amenities, understated yet stylish elegance, The room was immaculate. The staff was available and friendly and on task. Our Archer Host, Julie Florentin is an amazing resource and problem solver besides being a particularly lovely and welcoming person. We have recommended this hotel to friends.
Lovely hotel. Very well appointed. Quiet. The pillows & bed so comfy. A restaurant is on sight which is so convenient and food was very good. We had a very Attentive waitress. Super quiet , easy parking. Great place to stay after a St Michelle Winery concert.
I’m not sure if they clean the room after their guests leave. Dust is everywhere. Not sure how they are rated as a 4 stars hotel. Under the mattress is full of dust and rubbish. At first the room looked good but dust is everywhere. The reception was nice and welcoming but I didn’t expect such low standards in a 4 star hotel.
The room was very comfortable and the front desk receptionists are very friendly. We were having trouble finding Orca Cards for transportation, and the receptionists actually took their time and searched for us.
