Had to go to Puyallup for a graduation and some hiking but hotels were way way to expensive. This place was priced right, room was way comfortable even with sharing a bathroom. Breakfast was outstanding every morning, and the owner was more than pleasant. I highly recommend this place to anyone going to the area instead of a hotel stay.... More

I've been staying at Hedman House for the better part of 13 years now, and I just can't say enough about this lovely B&B. It's a historic home that's been lovingly restored and carefully maintained. Owners Neil and Normajean Hedman live in a private residence with its own entrance, so B&B guests can take full advantage of the the sitting... More

The home and gardens are lovely; its easy to see that careful selection went into the decor of the home and surroundings. Both mornings, NormaJean prepared a delicious breakfast and the table setting colors set off the fruit in our first course. We enjoyed a glass of wine in the garden and on the front porch. We paid a few... More

I am always blown away by the hospitality and fabulous breakfast at Hedman House. We stay there once a year, and the hosts are terrific. We come for the Goodguys hot rod show at the fairgrounds close by. Highly recommended!

We were volunteers at the US Open at Chambers Bay and had a terrific time at the Hedman House. Normajean was a gracious hostess (my wife calls her the “Hostess with the mostess”). Her breakfasts were pleasant surprises-artistic presentations of delicious meals. My wife will be telling stories about the home décor and the daily place settings for years to... More

This b&b was a lovely base for attending the Stitches and Craft Expo at the WA State Fairgrounds. Walking distance to the fairgrounds and local shops, but in a quiet location. Normajean is a fabulous hostess and breakfast was different everyday. We had plenty of good quality home made food to start each day. The home is beautifully decorated and... More

The Hedman House is a cozy restored house that is a convenient walk to downtown Puyallup. The room and bathroom were very clean. I stayed for five nights and loved it! My breakfasts were homemade down to the bread and jam. The breakfasts easily would have fetched over $30 a plate at a restaurant. The hosts gave me plenty of... More

Just one night, but a warm, late welcome with solid advice on local dining options was appreciated by me. The bed was fab, fluffy terry robes in the closet, bath across the hall. Generous breakfast of eggs, crepe-like pancakes, fruit and the rest. Sitting on the porch in the morning was my first chance to appreciate the tasteful landscaping, a... More

Just had a great stay at the Hedman House in Puyallup. The host was truly professional, kind and gracious. Everything was comfortable, clean and well presented and the breakfasts were delicious. We even had the opportunity to enjoy dip in the hot tub! Would highly recommend this delightful establishment.

My husband and I spent one night at this great B&B in June. The house is very charming and our room was very comfy and well appointed. The bathroom is spacious. Breakfast was very good. The star of the show however is the owners. I dare you to find a warmer or sweeter host than Norma, we will for sure... More
