Really have no complaints. It's an old-fashioned motel where the proprietors live above the lobby, very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, the usual toiletries were provided, television and electronics up to date. Bed was comfortable. Had a little trouble adjusting the shower temperature so splurged on a tub bath. Have to admit I didn't use the wi-fi, got in...

Basic rooms that give you all you need. Very convenient to find and easy to get to anywhere in the Pullman/Moscow area. The manager is the highlight of the motel. She's extremely kind and friendly. If ever I have a trip back, this will be my hotel.

Very friendly manager, Mrs. Helen, ready to help with suggestions. Continental breakfast is okay, consisting of various choice of food. Rooms are spacious and clean. Walking distance from downtown. Air conditioning cooling good. All amenities needed are present in the rooms. All by all, good stay.

I have stayed here for a week the last two years. I have no complaints. It is fun to watch the dog in the front office because it watches the squirrels eat peanuts the owners set out. The rooms are older but clean and clean smelling. Air conditioner is loud and not real effective, but Pullman is not that warm...

We spent 2 nights here. The location is good because it is very close to the downtown. It is more f a hike t the campus than some other lodging options. The staff at this motel are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated and very basic, but it is super clean and he beds are comfortable. No hair...

They are very eager to get you there and give a good price; but my dog had surgery and I had to pick him up the next morning from the hospital. The hospital was late getting the dog to me and when I came back I was harassed because the hotel wanted me to hurry and leave. The lady at...

Some how the wrong date was booked online. We did not check in on that date, we did rebook for the correct date, they would not credit us back for the weekday that was booked (hotel had lots of rooms, they were not full). POOR customer service. I will take my business elsewhere for the next 4 years.

We would have gladly canceled the reservation if the request was made before or even on the reservation date. Not after the fact. The request to cancel came the day after the arrival date.

Title above says it all. I believe this is the best value in Pullman, when there isn't much to choose from in this town. I wouldn't say this place is "good", but it is "good enough". This is an old style hotel and everything is quite a bit dated. It's clean enough and spacious enough, and in any other town...

We needed 2 queens and their website said only singles available. But I called and they had plenty of twins. Great location very close to campus and walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Well kept older motel and the owners live there. Not fancy but just what we like. They run a good ship. Nice continental breakfast. Wifi a...

Older motel that is nicely kept and taken care of well. Very clean and comfortable room, good bed. It was generally quiet but there were few people staying as July is the slow season here so hard to say what it would be like if it was full. Also the AC unit probably drowned out any noise there may have...

“The third floor rooms have a separate parking area because the motel sits on a hill. That means they don't have to compete for "close to the room" parking and parking is outside their door. The second and third floor rooms have good views across the valley.”

“Garbage pick up is Monday morning around 7 am. It's not terribly noisy, but you do hear it. Personally, I like to stay in rooms on the 3rd floor, back side. It's easier access to parking, in & out is easier, but all the rooms have comfortable beds, tv, microwave & small fridge. The ice machine is on the second floor, center, so accessible to all rooms. Some rooms have adjoining doors for families, all have a/c & own heaters.”

“I saw a couple of comments to stay on the 2nd floor and I requested that. Not sure if it was better or not but I'd want to be on the 2nd or 3rd floor.”

“WiFi is pretty spotty a long way from the office, and bring your earplugs on game weekends (people who stay up a lot later than you usually).”
