The staff was very pleasant and there is a continental breakfast included. I haven't stayed in a hotel in a very long time that had a blanket and comforter rather than what I call a "bag" of bedding (by which I mean a one piece blanket and comforter all in one). I wondered if the two pieces at the Poulsbo Inn are washed after each guest. Using the bedclothes made me uneasy. Outside corridors mean traffic noises can easily be heard. There is no elevator.

Friendly desk - greeted with warm smile, helpful info and chocolate chip cookies. Grounds and room felt welcoming. Comfortable bed. Room was small. We liked the pool. Walking distance to town but down a steep hill. Breakfast was good - enough choices and very efficient young man staffing it. Grassy area for dogs. Cool wooden sculpture of a Norwegian gnome. We were given a room away from the highway so road noise was not a problem.

If you like old out dated motel, this is the place for you. It is right by the highway so kept my entire family up most of the night. There were couple cars right outside our room window with engines running at like 2AM. Very suspicious activities going on and since our door is right outside to the parking, I didn't want to say anything to the front desk. Plus, internet is non-existent which is one of my pet peeves when traveling.

We stayed for a wedding and needed an early check-in to get ready for a 5:00 wedding. They accommodated us for early check-in and had a shuttle to take us to and from the venue. The shuttle was right on time coming and going and the driver so friendly. The room was comfortable and perfect for our needs. Great breakfast too.

The inn has kept up with room upgrades which means we had a good bed, clean carpets, new shower head and curved shower curtain. Where they really shone was the full menu breakfast— truly everything available that would normally be available in a sit down buffet dining experience! It was all on a menu order we placed the night before. We received it at our room at the time we had designated! Excellent waffles, FRESH boiled eggs, muffins, bagels and CC, fruit, juices, tea, coffee.... Yep we will return!

Upon check in the staff were very polite and professional. I found the room to be clean and comfortable. Surprised by the nice selection of channels to view on the Telly. I would feel comfortable staying with the Poulsbo Inn again if I’m the area.

I needed to stay in town for two nights. Everyone there was friendly and being this cLose to town was a plus. Very clean, warm and easily accessed. Comfy bed and pillows. If needed I will stay there again.

We've been staying at the Poulsbo Inn for at least 2 weeks every year for the past 15+ years and it keeps getting better and better. We always opt for a first floor suite in the back and have never been disappointed. Our rooms are clean -- the housekeeping staff is wonderful and we are happy to leave a daily tip for them. The kitchen has all the utensils we need for a longer stay . We can shop at the market and have a full size refrigerator back in our suite for storage. The front desk employees are always welcoming with warm chocolate chip cookies and are very responsive to our every need. Perfect for us. And the casino shuttle will pick you up right outside your room.

Very comfortable little Inn close to the water and shuttle to Clearwater casino for all the different shows and events, we were there for concert. They welcome you with fresh made cookies, small continental breakfast fridge and microwave in room lots of shops and dining I will stay there again!!

Back in Poulsbo, Wa to visit family but had no other choice but to stay at the Poulsbo Inn motel as my other lodging choice in Poulsbo was fully booked. No pros to point out just the negatives unfortunately. If you like the rustic old look, this is the place for you. It's a old motel setting where you drive up to your room and it's right next to the highway so I was kept up all night with cars, trucks, motorcycles, big semis so loud right next to the road! Also, the wifi was super slow and no resolution after my complaint. Lastly, the worst was the dirty sheets and towels with stains and worn out fabrics. Don't they change it if it's that worn out or dirty??? Carpet had stains all over the room. Only good thing was the Kurieg coffee maker and didn't try their continental breakfast so can't comment either way about that.…

I am sorry you did not like our hotel. Our linens are changed every day for new arrivals. We do not put dirty linens on our beds. The road noise we can help with, we would have gladly moved you to another room if you told us that you did not like the noise. Again I am sorry you didn't like our hotel.
