Friendly desk - greeted with warm smile, helpful info and chocolate chip cookies. Grounds and room felt welcoming. Comfortable bed. Room was small. We liked the pool. Walking distance to town but down a steep hill.

Comfortable rooms, not fancy but perfectly clean and adequate. The rooms on the highway are very noisy in the morning, but the ones in back are great. Was traveling with our 2 cattle dogs and I was planning on sleeping in our Sprinter with the dogs while my family had the room. However, was told by the evening desk attendant, Renee, that we had to check into one of their pet friendly rooms (add'l $25) and that the dogs were not allowed to be in vehicles overnight, per Washington State law. So, we altered our plans, got moved into a different room after we had started moving things in, and spent the night in a different room (by the highway). Found out the next day that what we had been told was absolutely not true. What made it all better and leads to a 4 star review is that Joy, the attendant in the morning, apologized for fiasco, and refunded us the difference and further gave us a discount on the room. Far more than I expected and very much appreciated! Thank you Joy! The breakfast was great as well!

The staff was very pleasant and there is a continental breakfast included. I haven't stayed in a hotel in a very long time that had a blanket and comforter rather than what I call a "bag" of bedding (by which I mean a one piece blanket and comforter all in one). I wondered if the two pieces at the Poulsbo Inn are washed after each guest. Using the bedclothes made me uneasy. Outside corridors mean traffic noises can easily be heard. There is no elevator.

The inn has kept up with room upgrades which means we had a good bed, clean carpets, new shower head and curved shower curtain.
Where they really shone was the full menu breakfast— truly everything available that would normally be available in a sit down buffet dining experience! It was all on a menu order we placed the night before. We received it at our room at the time we had designated! Excellent waffles, FRESH boiled eggs, muffins, bagels and CC, fruit, juices, tea, coffee....
Yep we will return!

We chose the Poulsbo Inn as we were taking in a concert at the nearby Suquamish Clearwater Casino.
The layout of the property is spread around the pool and hot tub at one side and rooms closer to the lobby, gym and breakfast room on the other side.
The folk at reception were lovely, immediately offered an option to help us get to the casino (the shuttle). Really friendly folk they allocated us room 12 a large king room with a very comfortable bed, a Kuerig, a refrigerator, and a microwave. At the end of a fun long day we returned to the Poulsbo Inn and slept great in a very quiet environment.
The complimentary breakfast which is basic but a bonus all the same. Excellent rate and an excellent choice in a lovely place. We will return for sure.

Sadly only stayed one night but it was clean and quiet, breakfast was continental and included. Waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, pastries. We got more than we had initially thought for food. I’d stay here again! Close to downtown area and shops and could easily walk from here down to the touristy area but they have pretty good free parking if you can find a spot.

This was our last stop on a tour of the whole West Coast of America. It's an older motel, but it is clean and well maintained. Our rooms were comfortable, with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious each morning. The staff are enthusiastic and seem happy to be there and always cheerful and helpful. We spent 5 nights there, and it was lovely. We faced the highway, but the traffic noise was 'white noise' and we just ran the fan in our rooms and slept great. Even the toilet by the pool was spotlessly clean. There's a laundry on site which was helpful too.

Upon check in the staff were very polite and professional. I found the room to be clean and comfortable. Surprised by the nice selection of channels to view on the Telly. I would feel comfortable staying with the Poulsbo Inn again if I’m the area.

We stayed for a wedding and needed an early check-in to get ready for a 5:00 wedding. They accommodated us for early check-in and had a shuttle to take us to and from the venue. The shuttle was right on time coming and going and the driver so friendly. The room was comfortable and perfect for our needs. Great breakfast too.

Great gates outdoor pool and hot tub area. Clean, outdoor space tidy, staff very pleasant, nice assortment (mini muffins, danish, assorted teas, well stocked coffee bar, hard boiled eggs, bagels, cereal) for breakfast. Front desk is staffed 24 hours.

I can't answer your question about discounted rates for ordained priests. My advice would be to call the Poulsbo Inn directly and inquire. Sorry I couldn't be any help. Good luck!
We could but it would be $30.00 each way. There are shuttle buses from the church and the high school that are free.
No, we do not. Clearwater casino has a shuttle.
We have them on the ground floor and second floor.
