My wife and I had a great stay here. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the Fireside restaurant was very, very good, and the location on the bay is beautiful (and we got to take in a little of the local scenery with otters, seals and blue herons hanging around). A very nice golf course only a couple of minutes...

Thank you for your recent review. We are delighted that you enjoyed the time here. Though we cannot take credit for Mother Nature and the "where" we are, we especially appreciate that you were able to take it all in....many of our guests comment on the wildlife - most especially the playful otters, the soaring, majestic eagles and the graceful...

We enjoyed our stay here but didn't really explore much as we spent most of our time in Port Townsend. The room was nice but did have a feel of needing a deep clean, as the cleaning was a bit surface, especially the shower and bath. We had a room with a deck and yet again, it could have used...

Thank you for your recent review. We appreciate your commentary very much and will review the issues with the deck & bath cleanliness. As you may have been aware, we are in the midst of completing the painting of the outside of the Inn (a new "buttered popcorn" yellow - back to the original color) and our deck refreshing is...

First, weather on our reserved date of arrival did not allow a comfortable sail across Puget Sound so a call to the Inn resulted in cancelling one night of a three night stay without penalty. Upon check-in with another couple, the Inn allowed us to switch rooms with the other couple who wanted a king size bed. Although our initial...

Clarity in communication is so key to allowing this to happen! Thanks, also, for your commentary about the food....we strive to provide what our guests prefer - and our homemade granola, slow...

My husband & I intended to stay only two nights but quickly changed to three nights once we checked in and viewed our "Partial View" room (#309). Absolutely lovely! The view AND the room met and exceeded expectations; especially the BATHTUB!!! We took advantage of the "Stay & Play" package which gave us not only the room but a round...

Thank you for your kind review. We are delighted that you chose to extend your visit! We do find guests lingering longer - and that is pure joy. Though we cannot take credit for the amazing views that are provided by Mother Nature, we are delighted that you enjoyed them. And yes, oh, the tubs....it seems many guests choose to...

I won a round of golf for two at my daugher's school auction and decided to stay at the Resort the night before. I was very impressed all around, I had a corner king room, great views, very quiet (if you dont mind the sound of small lapping waves and a ligt breeze blowing across the bay). Had a great...

I’m giving the resort at Port Ludlow a five-star-for-value award in the Sweeney book of great stays. We wandered in unknowing for a weekend business conference and are now planning our return ASAP. The setting (see pix), the lodge and the marina plus the beaches, trails and golf courses probably – I’m guessing here – put the Resort just below...

WOW! We are thrilled with this review - THANK YOU! You really captured the essence of what we are doing here....and your comments reflect the commitment we have with the local farms/farmers, artisans and fisheries. Yes, when you know that these were in the ground (or the water as you have it) only hours prior to serving, as we say...

We finally made a point of diverting our travel plans into the Puget Sounds after talking about doing so for some time.
