Spent a night here on the return leg of a road trip as the pass was closed. Quick online search showed the Inn at Moses Lake as having glowing reviews & better rates than chain competitors. Lobby was warm & inviting and staff was friendly & professional. Top notch housekeeping. Can't be the location if you're just passing through. Stayed on the second floor in order to avoid pets & although we could see I-90 from our room, traffic noise wasn't an issue. Nice breakfast room & decent offerings, but it would be nice to have actual dish ware. That aside, I highly recommend the Inn at Moses Lake; it'll be my go-to if I find myself in town again.
Nice, clean, spacious room loaded with cooking amenities. The entire motel was neat and orderly. Lots of nearby eating places and close easy access to I90. We had a very quiet peaceful night and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. In the immortal words of the Terminator, "I'll be back!"
I can't remember the last time I stayed at a place where there were no negatives! Everything was clean (Okay, one of the trash bins by the back door was full in the morning.), comfortable, the room was nice and the breakfast was very good. Why go anywhere else if I'm in Moses Lake?
The rooms and common areas are clean and comfortable and all staff is friendly. But they excelled in meeting our needs when we had a medical emergency requiring an ambulance and a longer stay than originally scheduled. They met our needs quickly and allowed us to leave our dog unattended in the room while we were at the hospital. We were surprised when new staff came on shift and were aware of our situation and asked how we were doing. Outstanding service!! We can't say enough good about this hotel.
This was a comfortable and welcoming place. Cozy beds, spotless room, and a real breakfast with eggs, sausages, oatmeal and toppings, biscuits and gravy and all other good things. The staff so kind. Dog friendly. I highly recommend this hotel!
We had a really great experience with this motel. The staff were completely helpful, personable and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the bedding comfortable. It's worth noting for the traveler, they have washers and dryers available, something we looked for, but seldom found elsewhere. Thanks again.
Traveling 3000 miles from Georgia to Washington, we stayed here our final night before arriving at our destination. We saved the best for last! Everything about our stay was great, but what really awed us was their pet policy. Not many places will let you stay with two dogs and a cat in your room. While there was an incidental fee for each, we were happy to pay it. Room was large, and there were plenty of places to eat around. They had an AWESOME free breakfast buffet. A shout-out goes to Blake, the uber-friendly front desk clerk. We plan on staying here again on our long return drive. A great inn!
Our room was spacious and very clean. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Made us feel really welcome. And breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of choices. I will definitely stay here again.
We were looking for the best bargain for motels in Moses Lake and were randomly directed to Inn at Moses Lake by Priceline. What a truly lucky find! Welcoming, comfortable, all the conveniences one could want. We felt right at home. The motel is located right off the freeway, which is quite convenient, but the room was very quiet - no traffic noise. The morning buffet was excellent, the front desk people were delightful and patient, even with giving us directions for which freeway exit to take and for restaurants in the area - not being I-phone savvy, we needed old-fashioned directions! And, very important for a good night's sleep, they have great pillows! Who could ask for more. Thank you, Inn at Moses Lake!
Louie and Birta were amazing employees, very accommodating! They gave friendly advise and offered cookies to the kids in between baseball games. The hotel was not the nicest, but for the price and the kind staff, totally worth it. The hotel is located near plenty of restaurants and close to town where we needed to be.
