Detailed Reviews
We had an excellent extended stay (5 months) while my husband worked in Moses Lake. We had great choices of breakfast items. My husband’s favorite was biscuits & gravy. Front desk personnel made sure we had cookies at 5 o’clock in the afternoon & gave us great ideas for restaurants & attractions in the area. They even helped my husband plan a surprise birthday party for me! They treated us like family. Housekeeping personnel always kept our room clean. Maintenance crew acted swiftly when we requested a location change of an outside ashtray. I would highly recommend The Inn at Moses Lake to any of our friends & family that may be traveling in the area. Thanks for taking such good care of us!

Had some noise issues but the night shift gentleman was able to take care of it for me. That's why I give 5 stars. I stayed one month at the hotel. The room service was really nice as well and the front desk people were also accommodating.

We had a really great experience with this motel. The staff were completely helpful, personable and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the bedding comfortable. It's worth noting for the traveler, they have washers and dryers available, something we looked for, but seldom found elsewhere. Thanks again.

Reserved a king suite with full kitchen. We had no Idea it wood be located on the 1st floor first room on the right corner literally next to the cafe, bathroom, ice machine, supply room all the noise etc. you would think they’d would put one of the most expensive rooms to the back with more privacy... Went there on a last minute getaway for Labor Day weekend. Check in was at 2pm We arrived at 2:30 our room was not ready for check in until 4pm due to understaffed. All we wanted to do was rest after a long drive... I’m sure everyone can relate. The front desk was super apologetic and accommodated a later check out for us which was really sweet. But with all the noise going on through out the night until the next day we still ended up leaving early so we can rest in our car for peace and quiet. Front desk was really sweet so for her I do give 4 stars. I really wish we could’ve gotten a refund. My poor dogs didn’t even sleep because of the ongoing noise so when we arrived home they literally slept for 2 days to make up the lost at the Inn...

We apologize that you found your room too noisy. Unfortunately, it was one of our last rooms available. Our housekeeping staff works very hard to get rooms ready by our 2pm check in and we were a full house the night before. We are sorry that your room was not ready. We did however, honor your government rate of $104 on a night that was $259. Typically we do not do this on weekends because in order to get the government rate, you have to be travelling on government business and as you stated above, it was a last minute getaway. We appreciate your kind words about our front desk gal, she is amazing. It is our hope that you give us another try and we will be sure to put you in a room far away from the lobby.

Stayed here 3 times in the last couple of months. My wife and I both like this Motel. Right off I-90 in Moses Lake and located next to gas and many food choices. The rooms are very nice for the price range. Rooms have been very clean, nicely appointed and quiet. Our experience with the staff has been professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. They actually serve a real breakfast with a selection of hot food, cereals, fresh fruits, breads/pastries and several drink options. I think the prices are very good although this is probably their off-season prices. Pet friendly also. Recommend them for a fair priced, nice clean room and a truly good curtesy breakfast.

First impressions stay in your mind.
Drove to Moses lake Inn after a 9hr flight from LHR, long dar
Reception manager Blake put us in a 1st floor end of hallway room.
Room was immaculate. Had a huge bed, linen was great, the pillows were lovely. We were out like lights. Jet lag woke us up about 3am, got back to sleep woke about 05.30. They do an all in breakfast which was basic but included in the price there is something for everyone even if it’s just the bagels jam or toast.
Great place for the money and for one night well pleased.
Ask for a room at the back as the 18wheelers do thunder past on the interstate as another contributor wrote.

Clean functional good price. The price was lower than the branded hotels adjacent but the bed and room and service were all comparable to what I get at Marriott Fairfield’s and Courtyards and Best Westerns and Holiday Inn Expresses. It was worth the savings.

This hotel is clean, well maintained, and was convenient to the places to which I traveled during my stay. Plenty of fast food options nearby, and nicer restaurants roughly 10 minutes away. The free breakfast was pretty basic, but that didn't bother me; I didn't need to be tempted to overeat while traveling. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room had a freezer as well as a refrigerator. All in all, it was a comfortable place to rest.

Clean, quiet even though you are close to the freeway. Breakfast had a nice variety- eggs sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal and all the trimmings. No USB plugs so need your own plug adapter.

Spent a night here on the return leg of a road trip as the pass was closed. Quick online search showed the Inn at Moses Lake as having glowing reviews & better rates than chain competitors. Lobby was warm & inviting and staff was friendly & professional. Top notch housekeeping. Can't be the location if you're just passing through. Stayed on the second floor in order to avoid pets & although we could see I-90 from our room, traffic noise wasn't an issue. Nice breakfast room & decent offerings, but it would be nice to have actual dish ware. That aside, I highly recommend the Inn at Moses Lake; it'll be my go-to if I find myself in town again.

We have Simmons Recharge Pillow-tops. They are awesome:)
Hi there,
The Inn at Moses Lake does take pets as we stayed there in October with our cat. I cannot remember if there was a charge for our pet but if there was it was $20 or less. I know this as that was the highest charge for a pet we paid other than in St. Paul, Minn. where Fairfield Inn by Marriot charged an exorbitant amount of $75. One thing to note also is that when a hotel/motel states that they take pets it is still best to call as most only accept dogs, a few will accept female cats, and very few will accept male cats due to the fact that males may spray to mark territory.
