it's the first hotel right off of I-90. rooms are basic but clean. It has pretty much all the amenity's that more expensive hotels have (pool, wifi, microwave, fridge, and a pretty darn good continental breakfast with waffles!). Rooms are still a little dated but if you want a flat screen TV and fancy soaps go across the street and... More

Motel rates were very reasonable. Not a five star and not a dive. Three of us were Pheasant hunting and needed a place big enough so we didn't have to share beds and also took dogs. They were very accommodating with a family room with 3 separate beds and room for our pets. Room was clean, hotel staff friendly, and... More

We took this room after reading another review on this site and were really pleased. As budget lodging goes this is one of the best. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and fresh, the bed is comfy, towels are fluffy and there is a great breakfast in the lobby. Oh and the price is right too.... More

The outside is from a former generation, but someone has successfully brought it back to life. It has all the amenities including a buffet with waffle breakfast.. And the price is much less than the 'chain' units further away from the freeway. Out unit was designed so that freeway noise was only heard in the bathroom. Fridge in the room... More

The motel was very shabby and not at all like the photo. 2 rooms that we were given to check out smelled like urine. The pool looked like it was condemned and the eating area for the continental breakfast looked dirty and unappealing. We left without taking the room. Definitely not a good value for the money.

Very clean with good size rooms and nice pool close to the freeway. Don't judge this place from the street. Staff was very friendly especially considering our late arrival. Could use some updating. Carpet was tired and had a tube TV but for the money it was great. We'll be back.

We were driving through and just needed a place for the night so were happy to find a place with a reasonable price and even included free breakfast. The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was nothing fancy, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The thing I appreciated most was the fenced yard with mature trees to relax in. The outside pool wasn't open in February, but there was still a great green area to enjoy. The rooms are in a horseshoe and every room has two doors--one toward the parking and the other toward the yard and pool. The breakfast had a lot... More

We had a comfortable second floor room, and found it quiet although fairly close to the hwy. The room was updated with good quiet heat/air and good firm bed. Decent towels, soap, shampoo, are provided. Also coffee maker, fridge & microwave. The complimentary breakfast is also a good deal, with real food included. Apples, bananas, yogurts, wheat & white bread... More

Nice cozy hotel with wonderful staff. Stayed for one night when travelling in eastern Washington. The front desk guy was very helpful, told us a lot about the things to see around the Moses Lake (like visiting the Soap Lake which we were completely unaware of).
