This place is awesome! It is so quiet! The doors to the rooms don't slam when they close. There is a TV channel guide right next to the TV so a person knows what channel is which. Bed comfort is perfect, pillows are good as well. Breakfast is at no charge and fairly good, the layout of the food and decor enhances it. I especially like how the ketchup packages are are neatly stacked and facing upwards.Tasty cookies are placed out at night for guests. Overall the friendliness of the staff does vary, but not to the point of being a big deal. The only minor glitches were: I think the bathroom needs a low night light and a fan. Also, the refrigerator from time to time would make kind of a loud compressor type of noise.
My last morning there started our rather poorly (nothing to do with the Wingate) and a staff member taking care of the breakfast area and food (Misty) gave me a pleasant loud good morning and asked me how I was doing which changed my mood and took the edge off of the day, so thanks to her for that!
All in all great place I am just glad I found it after the other places I tried in Moses Lake.

The lady working in the kitchen and serving breakfast was amazing! She made sure to pack a full breakfast and follow all the guidelines regarding safety/cleanliness during the Coronavirus situation. The cleaning staff and front desk personnel were incredible and helpful. Everything was very clean and I enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for an overnight or extended stay.

I stayed in a king room because the prices were so reasonable in comparison to other places I've had to stay recently. The room was very clean, but without the over-powering smell of (nauseating) cleaner that some other places use. The king room also has a couch which I enjoyed as I am a night owl who likes to sit up later and it was definitely nicer than trying to sit up on the bed. The bed was very comfortable when I finally needed it. The refrigerator even had a small, separate, freezer section. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. There are plenty of food choices and gas stations near by, most within walking distance. I've now used this hotel twice and plan to use it in the future.

I would not recommend the hotel at all. I specifically reserved a wheelchair accessible room because my wife is in a wheelchair. They gave my reservation away and could only replace it with a room with 2 queen beds. Having 2 queen beds in the room makes moving her in her chair impossible for her and difficult for me.

Mr. Ryan, We are very sorry that the mobility accessible king room (with grab bars only in the tub) was not available. We did, however, have a mobility accessible (with a roll in shower) 2 queen room available for your 2 day stay. We understand that the 2nd queen bed limited your wife's movement. We did allow for an early departure without penalty. We do hope will give us another chance in the future.

I stay in motels all the time, and my stay at Wingate was exceptional. They put me in rooms on the back, where it was a little quieter, or gave me a Suite, if one was available.
The ladies in the kitchen made sure I could grab some breakfast, as i left for work, before it formally opened. That was much appreciated!

From the first phone call, to check-in and check-out the front staff was exceptional. They knew our names when we walked through the doors and two days later still personally called us by name as we dropped off keys and left. The Hotel was clean, fresh and comfortable. We will definitely return. The only down side was the "acclaimed" breakfast....lacked quality - though there was just about anything you would want.

I have stayed here many times, on a somewhat regular basis, and always find it to be a very pleasant stay. The rooms are consistently very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts offer a good variety of selections, and the evening cookies and hot cocoa provided in the lobby are very enjoyable. All of the staff are professional, friendly and accomodating. Katie, at the front desk, goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. She especially goes out of her way to make it a very welcoming place. There are several other good choices to stay in the area, however, I stay here because of the cleanliness, special extras, and the friendly service that they provide.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 days rights before we left for our honeymoon, and it was just beautiful. We absolutely loved it. The staff were off the charts. They were so friendly and helpful in immediately fulfilling our requests or questions. The room was clean and beautiful. And maids cleaned daily. If there was anything that wasnāt covered in their daily sweeps, weād just call and Iād be covered.
The breakfast was so good. My husband loved that it was buffet style, that he could eat as much as he wanted. And they were so helpful and patient. Especially right now during COVID so we had to be served our pick of food. But we were more than welcome to come back for more. There was a lady NaeNae, I believe was sheās name, was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The pool was not open due to COVID.
We had such a wonderful time. That we honestly will not go to another hotel again. If we wanna stay outta the house for a while, you know weāll be at Windgate. 10/10.

Moses Lake has a WIDE variety of properties to stay at. Wingate is a brand that I associate with an efficient place that lets business travelers get in and out quick with a good night's sleep and early breakfast, maybe a workout room and work area. No fuss no muss. This location has most of that with a well trained staff, comfy bed, room temp controls that work, and a well stocked and maintained hot breakfast area. Also had some low water pressure and a slow sink in the bathroom, and a late-arriving group with kids on the floor above us. And road noise from the interstate for light sleepers. Not perfect, but overall a good choice for families that can take advantage of the pool and spa.

Best experience in a hotel ever! The staff was super friendly, the check in process was quick and easy. Our room was huge and even came with the mini-kitchen. The design of the building is new and modern, very clean overall. The pool was warm (which is NOT common) to the point my husband even swam with me!! The hot tub was perfect too! Even the water in the shower was nice and hot! Our bed was hands down the most comfortable bed Iāve had in a hotel room. No waking up stiff and sore! We had a fresh hot breakfast which was served by the friendly kitchen manager. The food was good, the service was good, the room was great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø
